Richard made the whole process very easy and spent an hour with us showing all the different features of the camper, how to fill the water, pop up the top, charge the battery etc.
the truck and camper were both immaculately clean. The camper was super comfy for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child), very luxurious sleeping arrangement a a full king size bed plus a full size pullout couch, sufficient space in the camper for all our week long camping needs including a couple inflatable paddle boards and super easy to drive on narrow mountain passes. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Owner did a great job with the tutorial. The truck and camper worked perfectly for our trip. Loved having a pop top. Easy to drive/park and all the necessities for a comfortable camping experience. Everything was as described, the owner was responsive, and we would rent again.

The owner, Rick, was extraordinarily responsive to my texts while I was on the road, answering questions within minutes at all hours of the day. He was patient in explaining the mechanics, and he even took the time to accompany me on a test drive before I departed. I will surely rent again from him and have already referred an acquaintance to him.

The 4 night reservation turned into 3 due to cleaning time. We were informed that the generator need to be fixed and a missed ferry therefore the delay. Delivery was 2 hours late delaying our departure after the run through. Driving down 101 at night was somewhat scary as we have never driven a vehicle of this size. We arrived at our destination really late but glad to have friends to help park and hookup.
The handle for the grey water tank was missing. We were advised to get one or use a wrench to operate it. Stressful as neither solution worked. Return time was agreed to originally be 6 PM. As delivery was late we were told return could be the next morning. That changed back to 6 pm once we were on the road. I wish I could say it was a perfect, stress free experience but the logistics and mechanical problems made it not.
The vehicle it’s self is beautiful and the bed is deluxe. The kitchen very nice. Bring your own dish towels. There are none. Induction cooktop only accommodates on board pot and pan.
