He was great. We rented it for only a day - we needed the trailer earlier than normal and was very accommodating. We would rent from him again.

Lovely cozy trailer, perfect for my family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds! He was gracious to include propane and let me use his hitch ball mount as mine was slightly too low. A very easy tow with a 1/2 ton truck, easy to maneuver, and a breeze to setup. Best of all Mr Sang was available for communication and flexible with the pick up and drop off. Perfect glamping getaway for my family!

Sang showed us around the trailer. Made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked inside. The trailer was empty when we used it. So that was helpful for us to store our clothes and bring our Own plates, bowls and cutlery. He was very accommodating with the pick up and drop off time. We are very happy with our experience. When we rent a trailer again in the future. We hope Sang has his available.

Sang was through during the pre trip tour. He was quick to reply to any and all questions. We had a small issue during our trip but within minutes of messaging Sang, he called and was able to resolve the issue over the phone. We have a great trip with this trailer and would rent it again.

Sang was a delight to deal with throughout the rental process. He took great care to walk me through the features of the RV and responded quickly to follow up questions. His RV is in brand new and in mint condition and we really enjoyed it for our weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this RV.

It was my first time renting a camping trailer, Sang Lee was really easy to communicate with and the trailer was extremely clean. He was flexible with pick up and drop off times, and he explained everything really well before we left his house with trailer.

Very easy pick up and drop off. Clean and easy to use. Would recommend better mattresses as they were a thin but over all it was a great trip
