Camper was great but was delivered with the fresh water tank showing EMPTY and full grey and black tanks. Water lasted half of the first day and all 4 of us had to go 3 days without a shower while using bottles to cook and brush our teeth.

Unfortunately, with grey and black tanks, the sensors are not always accurate with toilet paper or other stuff getting stuck on them, which is common with Rvs. The tanks were empty upon delivery. I'm still unsure how you didn't have water, as it was full when it left. It also took awhile to clean the rv, as it looks like no effort at all was taken to clean it. We wish you the best in your future rentals, and chalking this one up as a learning experience for future rentals.
