Chad was flexible, helpful, and really made sure we were prepared for our first time using a towable trailer. He was very friendly, and I felt we could call he and ask him anything if need be. One of my littles was there during pickup and thought Chad was really cool!

Really enjoyed our weekend getaway! The tent trailer was exactly what we were hoping for and was very easy to tow. The owner was very thorough and explained everything well. Was super friendly and accommodating. Thanks so much!

We had a lovely trip in this tent trailer. We were the owner's first rental, but they were keen to ensure that things were tip-top and worked properly for us; it was very easy to deal with them. The trailer is a bit older, but things worked fine, no leaks or issues; the interior lights and propane alarm went off briefly, but we just needed to tighten down the -ve battery terminal. It was our first time pulling a tent trailer, so I was happy that it behaved itself behind our minivan on the road. Fridge worked great; never used the stove since it was raining (used our liquid gas stove under a canopy).
