Six of us used Ady's Jayco Redhawk at the NASCAR race in Talledega Alabama. The RV is in excellent condition. Everything works well and it handled all of our needs. Especially happy to note that Ady is a great communicator. She responds quickly with answers and information. Have absolutely no concerns about renting this RV from Ady.

Ady & Mike we’re great hostess! My family and I rented their beautiful RV for 4 days over Spring break in the Carolina mountains. Their RV was updated, spacious, clean and our home for that week! Any and every question we had they answered right away even if it was at 8 am. They were kind, helpful, and all around great! We will definitely be renting from them again! Our family will never forget this RV trip! It was such a great experience! Thank You again Ady &Mike!

Ady is a great person to rent From. She was prompt and helpful on all Communications. The floor plan of this unit is perfect for us and it has a large bathroom! We will want to rent this unit again!

The hosts are great, very accommodating, and extremely responsive - something much appreciated for a first-time RVer. The RV is well-suited for traveling to any modern RV park with all the right hookups and no guess-work. It has some natural quirks from wear - e.g., a few pesky drawers slide open while driving, but you learn to ignore it pretty quickly. It's easy to maneuver and didn't give us any problems. We had a great time on our trip.

This is my first time renting an RV and it was a great experience. The owners communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I had everything needed for a great time. The RV was clean, drove great, and everything worked. I would rent from them again.

***DO NOT RENT THIS RV***The owner has no idea about RV's, how they work and the maintenance and upkeep they require. We were expecting a new, 2021, really clean, well taken care of RV as described. This vehicle has over 40,000 miles on it has been used very hard with little to no maintenance. This RV is falling apart.
As we were pulling up to pick-up the RV she texts us that she forgot to tell us that one of the front windows was broken and completely taped up, as well as the window next to it, not a good start.
Her husband who showed us around the RV had no patience and was rude to our kids for asking questions.
We quickly realized this RV had issues. None of the drawers stay closed so they kept opening and things fell out while driving, half of the windows were broken and wouldn't open or close, on top of the one that was completely taped over, none of the gauges work, (fresh water, grey and black tanks), if you know about holding tanks you want your gauges to work, the bathroom door was completely broken and would bounce around while driving and then lock you in the bathroom when closed and the biggest issue was that the battery would not hold a charge. This meant that every night the battery would die, the CO2 sensor would go off, wake everyone and the heat and fridge would stop working. A simple battery test would have told her that the battery wouldn't hold a charge and needed to be replaced. We basically ended up tent camping with a really big car.
When we returned the RV and told Ady about the issues she looked like a deer in headlights. She refused to take ownership of any of the issues and kept telling us the vehicle was recently serviced. I think she was mistaking an oil change for inspection and servicing of the rear of the vehicle and everything in it. She tried to tell us that the RV has to be plugged in or the generator running for there to be power in the back. That is absolutely not how an RV works.
To add insult to injury, she then tried to withhold almost $500 from the security deposit for a new battery.

Hi Danny. Hate to hear this. I felt the bad energy as soon as I walked outside and wasn’t wearing a mask and was immediately ignored and dismissed. We did a complete walk-through with you and you chose to rent the RV after your inspection.I didn’t receive one complaint during your trip even when I checked in on you. If you tent camped the entire time I’m not sure why the battery ran down, woke you every night, and the tanks were full. I figured you were having a great time since you returned the RV 6 hours late. I even waived the late fee. None of your complaints or issues were communicated to me during your trip. I would have been happy to help you or provide tips to help your trip go more smoothly.1. My 2021 RV is really clean and well taken care of. We have a professional cleaning crew clean the RV before every rental. The RV also has regular maintenance not just by the RV dealership service department where I purchased the RV but also at FORD who checks the engine, oil, battery, etc. regularly. I also have a mobile mechanic service the generator. He changes the oil and filters to keep it running smoothly.
2. The windows do open and close.
3. The drawers do stay shut. However, if you had heavy dishes, overpacked them, turned too fast, accelerated, or stopped too quickly that can cause things to shift. It’s a moving house.
4. The gauges on the panel do work. They showed full because you didn’t dump the tank. Photos and videos included in check out. Regardless, you weren’t charged the dump fee.
5. The bathroom door lock was replaced recently but if it still sticks I’ll be happy to take a look at that and change out the door handle if needed.
6. The battery was recently checked during service at the dealership. It was not even a year old. The battery is not meant to power everything in the RV for your entire vacation. We disagree there. Even if it could, it’s my RV and you were asked in-person to plug the RV in or use the generator. Plus, it’s written in the booklet provided to you at check-in. You decided not to even though you were at an RV park next to a plug. I allowed you extra generator hours as well, free of charge, so you could power the RV but you also chose not to run the generator. My RV service team at the dealership said your actions killed the battery. I had to replace it and was charged $487. Outdoorsy agrees that I am within my rights to charge you. I’ve provided paperwork, service receipts, and a written letter from the service mechanic regarding the battery. However, even after reading your hurtful review and despite how horrible I was treated by you and your wife, I still decided not to charge you.

My children and I were first time RV users. Ady and her husband did an excellent job during the pre-trip orientation and were immediately available by phone during 2 calls for assistance. The RV itself was wonderful--great looking, great on the road; and great space!
