Overall the Rv served its purpose, but wasn't overly thrilled with the entire experience. See below for details:First, we blew a tire on the way to our destination and soon after found out from the tire repair center when getting a new spare that there were 2 other tires on the other side that had the metal cores showing and were about to blow, so we ended up replacing those two other tires on the spot. Three total tires replaced and I had to swap out the spare by the end of the trip because it went flat. On the other hand, Steffany was great to work with on getting reimbursed for the 3 tires that were replaced.Second, the table that turns into a bed kept collapsing on us when someone would lay down. As I looked into this issue the cause was because the table top was barely sitting on top of the two supporting shelves. Either the bench seats have spread apart or the damage to the top of the bench by the couch has caused that specific bench to come out of square. Either way this will need to be fixed so others do not experience a collapsing bed with a toddler sleeping next to you.Third, the kitchen sink drain lines started to leak when we used the sink, so I had to find the leak and tighten all of the connections to get the leak to stop.Fourth, the over cleanliness of the trailer was not to my liking. The exterior was dirty and red dust was still caked over the tires and wheels from the last adventure(s) and exterior appliances kitchenette was coated in dust. The interior was reasonably clean, but not organized with all of the owner's personal belonging still in all of the storage drawers and cubbies. The bathroom surfaces were not clean or organized.Fifth, I was unable to get the two lights in the slide out to work, only the lights in the main portion of the trailer turned on.I would recommend this Rv and renting from Steffany, but after the Rv has been through a thorough cleaning an preventative maintenance inspection after each use for the needed checks and repairs. Coordination and communication with Steffany was very easy and would recommend working with her anytime, the trailer just needs a little TLC.
