About Doug's RV rentals
Hi! I'm sure most everyone using this site says this, but I love the outdoors. Getting an RV opened up a lot of opportunities for me to enjoy camping year around. I typically stay in the southern CA area and drag the kids along. I put my RV on Outdoorsy so my RV doesn't sit there and let other people have access... Hope you have a great adventure!

Great little trailer. Clean and neat. A little worn but perfect for us (we had dogs with us). Doug was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely book with Doug again!

Overall great experience! The trailer gets the job done and overall was very clean. Doug was very responsive with any issues or questions that came up during our trip.

Doug is a friendly and helpful host. That’s the reason of 4star. Regarding the tv trailer, everything still working, but there are something not work very well. For example, the bench is not holding.

The trailer was comfortable for our party of 3. It was clean inside but not spotless - Mainly dusty like it hadn’t been used for a while and owner didn’t wipe down the inside counters/tables prior to our arrival. It was an easy fix with some Clorox wipes and a quick sweep of the floor but other rentals in the past were immaculate.
The beds were comfortable with clean sheets provided.
It had one propane tank, which runs the fridge and heater since we didn’t camp with hook-ups. The owner assured us this would last for 3 nights but the tank was empty 24 hours into our trip and we had to move all fridge items into a cooler. Our camping friends (with trailers) were surprised the propane ran out so quickly and that only one tank was provided instead of two. (We are new at this so we weren’t sure what to expect.) We mentioned these issues to the owner upon return so it would hopefully be resolved for future rentals.

I rented Doug's trailer for a trip out to the desert over New Years and highly recommend it to anyone. Pickup was easy and I got a good overview of how to do everything and the trailer was nice and clean and as described in the listing. I had an issue while out (no fault of Doug's) and he was very responsive and easy to work with. Got everything resolved and home safely. Couldn't ask for anything more

Great little trailer for our family of 4 and dog. The queen mattress was very comfortable. The kids really liked the bunks. Doug was great.

Doug was very accommodating and easy to coordinate times with. The trailer was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up, he provided a quick "tour" of the trailer, provided fresh linens, and there were plenty of cleaning supplies.

Communication with Dale was great and easy. The trailer was clean and the queen bed was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in while camping! We slept so amazing and that’s why I was able to review this trailer at a 3 instead of lower. My issues with this rental was that it was not stocked with ANYTHING! I don’t need much but there are a few necessities that I feel like are pretty essential and have been on every other rental we’ve got on outdoorsy. Things like toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, silverware. There was one pan but it was dirty and there was no soap or sponge to clean it. We rent trailers to make our life a bit easier and more relaxing while camping and having to steal toilet paper from the public restroom until the store opens the next day is not what I’d call easy lol. With those small changes this would be a 5 star rental!
