We had a couple of minor issues at the beginning of our journey however, MCRV (Rip) did everything possible to get us on our way. Had many questions for Rip while traveling and he answered all questions VIA text right away. We had a great trip with no problems and would recommend MCRV to anyone in need of an RV rental.

Music City RV overall provided an excellent experience for our RV rental. 6 adults were able to sleep comfortably using the bunk beds, the over-cab bed and the queen bed in the back. Rip was helpful and responded quickly from the moment I made an inquiry about the RV, through the reservation process, and during my trip. Pick up was a breeze and took no time at all. Contactless pickup service was an option, so we elected to use that service. The RV is brand new and super clean and well kept on the inside. The exterior had some cosmetic damage, including an awning removed do to damage from previous renter. The company provided a brand new easy up tent for shade as repairs for the awning we’re going to take a few weeks to complete. A foldout table, four chairs, an easy-up shade tent, linens, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, and plenty of pillows were all included in the RV. My only complaint would be that there is a bit of a lack of storage underneath the RV, however, we were able to fit luggage and gear for 6 adults with some work and creativity. Overall, I would recommend this rental company and would use their services again in the future. Thanks for everything!
