Had a great experience renting the "OuR-Pod" from Kristin and her family. The RV was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Kristin and her husband walked us through the set-up process and answered all our questions since this was our first time renting a travel trailer. The RV worked great all weekend, except for a small issue with the door lock, which Kristin promptly fixed. You will have piece of mind knowing they are ready to assist if you run into any problem! Overall, a great experience and we look forward to renting from them again.
