Our rental experience was great-Christa and Jonathan made it easy for us. We flew into Salt Lake City and were picked up at the airport. They gave us a comprehensive overview of the RV before we headed off and also picked up the RV from the hotel when we were finished. There were plenty of supplies for our weeklong trip visiting some of the National and State Parks. We really enjoyed our trip in their RV. We would rent from them again!

What a fantastic vacation! Molly was everything and more. Communication was fantastic. A very thorough check in with instructions on everything. Molly ran perfect and was surprised at her fuel economy. She was easy to drive and park. Ac was nice and cold. For part of our trip there were 4 of us. A little tight but in can be done. We had a great vacation and Molly was a big part of making it perfect. Thank you!

DO NOT HESITATE to rent from these people. They are super helpful and accommodating. They walk you through the whole rental process and show you how to take care of Misty while she is in your care. EVERYTHING you need for a perfect camp experience is included in the RV. From dish soap to spices to camp chairs, you have it all included in the rental. At no extra charge. If you need to make changes to the rental, they are awesome about doing so. They answered every question we had and responded readily to any correspondence we sent their way. I couldn’t have asked to meet two more awesome people, and we are glad we rented from them.

We had a family emergency about 2 days before our trip but it was too close to cancel. So, my son and I went and the rest of the family stayed behind. We parked outside of a vacation home, so we did not use any of the utilities on the RV. I had paid for the fee to dump at the end, but we did not use the bathroom, the gas, or the water. So we didn't use the sink, the stove, or the bathroom.

Hi Kirk! First of all, I’m so sorry that you had unfortunate circumstances happen prior to your rental of Molly.
We appreciate when our renters take time to leave a review based on their experiences, whether it is good or bad, or even not fully truthful.
I did send you photos of the food left in the sink, the dusty unswept floors, the filthy stove top that would not have magically accumulated within the hour of us doing a post walk thru after she was dropped off, as well as the bugs and dirt on the exterior, unfortunately I can’t upload them here as well.
Also, if you read the departure forms, I specifically stated that yes, the kitchen faucet is loose, but it is in working order.
She was returned dirty, and not as the way she was when she departed, bottom line.
We very specifically re-iterate to our guests to thoroughly clean our RVs prior to return or we will charge the cleaning fee for my valuable time and additional work to have to clean up after a renter and then follow through with my sanitizing regimen, perhaps since you had your cousin pick it up instead of yourself, he did not relay that imperative information to you.
Also, please refer back to your rental breakdown as well as our communication through text. I communicated to you prior to your rental about the dumping fee and I removed it for you, you were NOT charged for dumping. I am sorry we did not reach your expectations on our own expectations for how our rvs should be returned and cleaned for us to be able to turn them over for the next renter. Hopefully your review will show future renters that we will stand by our policies, whether cleaning or anything else, and if it is not completed by the guest prior to their return, we will charge them for it, as were you. Thank you, and have a great day.

It was our first time renting/driving an RV and Molly was perfect for what we wanted. Christa and her husband kindly and meticulously explained to us at pick up how to use all the equipment. They also had a manual that we could refer back to when we had questions. Molly had everything we needed including cooking/cleaning/laundry supplies. There were camping chairs, a cooler, cast iron pans for cooking over the fire and even bear spray!

Molly ran great. We had no issues. The toilet is high so its a little challenging to use, esp. if you are short. Everything worked great and shes the perfect size for our family of 3. Lots of storage space, comfy beds. Very Good maneuverability also. Christa & Jonathan are awesome to work with. Easy check in and out, very accommodating and super friendly. Would recommend! Note that the electrical outlets only work if you are plugged in or can use generator. So if you are boondocking, keep that in mind. Took her to Tetons and Yellowstone.

Amazing 2000 mile family road trip and this RV did everything we asked of it and more. The owners were even more amazing, extremely friendly and accommodative. Hope to take Misty out again on another adventure in the future!

Molly is a great little RV every thing works I took her to St. George Rhino rally she towed my little 3 place dirt bike trailer no problem. I took my 3 kids and they where all cleaned with nice hot shower every night. The host where great very responsive when I had questions. They had all the amenities for cooking, cleaning, and sleeping! I highly recommend Molly and her hosts and will be renting Molly again for my next adventure!

Christ and Jonathan were very welcoming and patient during the check in process. They explained every detail (useful stuffs inside the car, how to care and operate the RV for first time RV driver). The RV is very clean and full equipped, so we didn't need to worry about anything besides picking up our groceries. Checkout process was quick and easy. Jonathan was very kind to drop us at the airport at regular uber fare because we couldn't get an uber in the town of the RV return location. Overall we had a great time in this RV, will definitely rent again from them!

Very easy to work with. RV did awesome and was great for 4 adults. Accompanied us on my first ultra marathon experience! Owners went so far to deliver pretty far out of their radius. A+

The entire experience - from finding the Outdoorsy website to making the reservation for Misty; from talking to the owners (Christa and Jonathan) and meeting them, to completing the pick-up process; from driving off with the RV to being on the road with her for almost 2 weeks; and from completing the return paperwork and handing Misty back to Christa and Jonathan - went better than we could have planned or hoped. We are extremely well pleased with our Outdoorsy experience, and especially well pleased with Christa and Jonathan’s service, responses, personalized care and attention to our needs. This was our very first time RV-ing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better virgin ride from start to finish. Thank you so very much Christa and Jonathan!

We had a fantastic time and couldn’t ask for from our hosts, they really went out of their way to make the rental flawless. They met us at the airport for pickup and drop off which made everything super easy for us to start our adventure. The RV has everything we needed for a full week of boondocking.

Great experience with Misty! Christa was a great host, and we truly enjoyed the time spent in the RV. It was delivered to us clean and ready to rock n roll! I would highly recommend this vehicle!
