Acerca de RV Rent N Go

Hi, I am Daniel I purchased this unit with the intention to travel the country. However, our circumstances have changed, as I have to put more commitment into our business, so we do not have time to use the unit. Now we want to share this unit with all of the adventurers out there. We want this unit, our first baby :), to realize its full potential, to help create many memorable outdoor experiences as possible. our favorite place to camp is along the Lake Michigan, Beaches near Charleston,Yelloston,Yosemiti and The Smoky Mountains.

Getting the rental on the RV was easy and the gentleman that I dealt with was great and explained everything and was available if I had any questions. I will be using them again in my future rentals.

All around great rental! Next year we might look around for different companies just because prices were a little steep.. especially on cleaning and gas fill up, but otherwise everything went really smooth and the guy that helped us out was really cool and helpful. Thanks!

The drop-off location on the listing was incorrect. And not the most timely communication leading up to the trip. But the RV was amazing and didn’t run into any issues or problems.

Horrible renter. His listing states pick up and drop off is 7am-7pm. Two weeks before our trip he messaged us saying pick up is 9am and drop off 1pm. You can see all the messages in the post Daniel doesn’t work with you on the times. It’s his way or no way. I would never rent from this guy again.

Daniel is a good host. He is responsive and maintains his vehicles well. We drove 4500 miles from Chicago to Washington State and back, and the RV performed very well. It does get a bit noisy on the highway, but overall it was a very good experience with Daniel and RV Rent N Go.

This was our first road trip and we had an awesome time in Upper Michigan. Everything that was listed about the RV was accurate. It was so clean, easy to use and the communication was top notch. Will be renting again soon.

We enjoyed the RV overall, but for the top-of-market price for a relatively new RV and inflexible options, we expected better service and RV condition. I first sent a message to Daniel May 9 with a follow up July 7 to coordinate pick up and other details. Daniel didn't respond until I messaged again July 12, but when we discussed details, Daniel was unable to commit to a pick up time and was somewhat unprofessional, which made my advanced planning/group travel coordination challenging. While pick up was eventually fine, Daniel was not at the pick up and did not tell me his team would be involved. The RV and most of the electronics and such were operational, but the level of maintenance and cleaning for a 2021 model with only about 20K miles was evident. The RV drove worse than other RVs I've rented and owned with significantly more mileage and age. The RV had mice, a wine-stained mattress with growing mold in the main bed, no chemical treatment in the black tank, and the floors were very dirty. As an experienced Outdoorsy-person, I will not rent from Daniel/Daniel's company again, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for much better rental experiences on Outdoorsy, especially for the rental price, mileage and generator options, and customer service. I added a screenshot of my chat with Daniel after delivery to illustrate the level of customer service. Three stars max for the RV itself.
