Great RV. Set up and initial instructions were fine.

Unfortunately yes, we did have to charge a cleaning fee. We try to keep our rates low by not charging a cleaning fee and do expect renters to return the RV in the same condition as received. We make this very clear in not only our listing, but also in conversation when going over camping details with each renter, as well as providing a very detailed check out instruction list left inside the camper of what we expect to avoid any confusion.

Michelle & Stephen were great to work with; very patient with quite a bit back and forth as we coordinated our larger crew! Camper had a really great layout and we had a wonderful time!

This is a beautiful camper. The owners were amazing in keeping in contact with all the information. So many utensils, pots, pans, etc. etc. It's nice to have the option for them to provide bedding. My 3 grandkids loved the camper and are already talking about it for next year!

Great first time experience! Michelle and Stephen were so easy and great to work with. The camper was clean and so homey and made our trip great. We don't own a camper so we would usually have camp in a cabin away from our friends but this allowed is to be right next to one another. And the welcome basket but such a sweet surprise. Thanks again guys!

Great experience! The camper had all the things we could have wanted for the trip. This was our first rental and it could not have gone any smoother. The camper was ready when we arrived, nice and cool inside. Lots of supplies and even some food was provided. My daughter really loved the complimentary s'mores kit and the coffee provided got the day off to an energetic start. Plenty of room for two adults two teens and one child.

Our experience with Michelle was great! The camper was all set up and ready to go upon our arrival. It was very clean and stocked with all kinds of essentials that one might need or easily forget. She even left a treat for our pup! She was very easy to communicate with and was just a message away throughout the trip to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend her and hope to rent from them again in the future!
