We had a great experience all around. We're a family of four and this trailer was the perfect size. My kids loved the bunks and the bed was large enough for the wife and I with room to spare. There's also a dinnett that transforms into a bed, but we didn't need it. This was our first time towing a travel trailer and Bert was great. He took the time to go over everything and let us barrow his anti-sway hitch. The only time I had a dumb question Bert responded within seconds (the hose to dump the tanks is in the rear bumper). Don't hesitate to plan your next trip with Chief!

Had a beautiful trip with this awesome rig. Everything was clean and stocked with all of the necessities, even bird games! We had no issues with the rig while we camped. Bert took us through all of the things we needed to do and was very thorough. He even let us borrow the anti sway bars for it. Would highly recommend this for your next trip.

We had a great time. Bert was amazing to work with. Showed up on time to drop off and pick up. Quick to respond. The trailer was super clean and and everything worked. Perfect for out trip. Would definitely recommend!

Bert was on time, and had the trailer set up and ready to walk me through at the time we had agreed to meet. The trailer was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were many extra items that he provided that I did not expect. We had also agreed on a time for him to pick up the trailer, and again he was on time. It was a very good experience overall, and I would recommend renting the Chief from Bert.

We started with a small hiccup that Bert took care of right away. The trailer was modern and we'll maintained and everything worked as it should. Bert was an excellent host.

The trailer was great, we had no problems. Bert dropped off and picked up the trailer. He was very nice and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely use this trailer again.
