I cannot say enough positive things about Karlee. She reached out before our trip to make sure we had all the information we needed to plan. She also offered us a travel crib for our 2 year old when she found out it was our first time traveling by RV with a toddler. She was immediately available during our trip for any troubleshooting needs. The Minnie Winnie was a great starter RV for us novices. It was clean, comfortable, easy to use, and had everything we could need. We highly recommend booking with Karlee!

Such a fun week of camping! Pickup and drop off was super easy and RV had everything we needed. Went from Zion national park to camping in Death Valley! We will definitely book with Vegas RV life for our next trip! Thank you!

The vehicle itself was in good condition but we had several issues that could not be solved during a trip for obvious reasons:- Me and wife could not sleep well. Mattress was in very poor condition (pics attached). It was even patched in the edges with duct tape. To rent this van again the mattress must be replaced. This alone takes two stars out of the review.
- Microwave was not functioning normally so we could not use it at all. Stopping the cycle every 10 seconds made it unusable. That was quite inconvenient.
- Generator failed to start and I had to troubleshoot it often than not so we ended up not using it. Anyhow, since the only reason to use it was the microwave, we just didn't use it.
- Fresh water gauge didn't work so no way to know how much water we had.
- grey water handle was quite stiff and pipes were not isolated so expect the drains to freeze if it is below freezing point. This is common in many RVs though.
- Breaks were very stiff. Most probably low on fluid. That's risky and should be addressed.
- It was clean but not sparkling.

Thank you for your valuable feedback Alex. You are the first renter to complain about the bed being uncomfortable in the 18 months we have rented this vehicle. Even so, we decided to add a mattress pad in case future renters needs extra support. The generator, microwave, and break fluid issues have been resolved. The fresh water gauge sensor must be a little off. This is a common problem for all RVs with factory installed sensors. Fresh water tank levels can be checked by lifting the bed platform and looking at the tank. I would have suggested that if this issue had been raised during your trip. Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the gray water handle, we advise all of our winter renters to dump the tanks at the end of the day (not in the morning) because the liquid in the valves can freeze overnight. This issue could have been avoided. But because this is a minor repair, we did not charge you for the replacement handle. I'm glad you had a fun trip with your family and that we could be part of your adventure.

Karlee and Matt were so helpful throughout the trip. When we had questions they were quick to reply with the tip we needed. They gave us good ideas for destinations; a treasure trove of RV camping information. The RV had everything we needed to camp in Nevada and Utah in the spring. Our family of 6 fit comfortably and our kids had so much fun relaxing in the RV after their outdoor adventures. We would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

Matt and Karlee were superb hosts. The RV itself was appropriately quirky for a 1999 model. Nothing you shouldn't expect for a house on wheels that's this old. 100% would do again. Karlee was extremely helpful, kind and worked with me every step of the way. 6 stars out of 5.

Easy to drive. Easy to communicate home like feel, if you don’t want to stay in a hotel due to the pandemic this RV is perfect to experience Vegas and feel safe .

We rented a 24’ motor home with 4 adults. Plenty of sleeping room. The motor ran like a charm and our gas mileage was surprisingly above average. We put 2000 miles on it. The owners were fantastic to deal with and kept in contact with us to make sure all our needs were met. Would rent again.

We had the best time using the RV. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and perfect for our road trip. Karlee was so responsive and helpful. Would recommend using them to anyone!

We enjoyed our 9 night stay in this RV. It was well equipped and comfortable. Matt and Karlee were very responsive. There was one mechanical issue that was resolved quickly.

Matt and Karlee’s RV was exactly what we needed for our nine day road trip! I’m glad that we chose it because it was just the right size and easy to drive (per my husband). My kids had enough space to stretch out and not be right on top of one another. 😊
We had a flat tire while on our trip. Matt and Karlee were kind and quick to help us get it taken care of!
I would highly recommend renting one of their RV’s!

We had a great time as newbie RVers! Matt and Karlee clearly communicated everything we needed to know and were incredibly flexible with pickup and drop off. RV ran smooth and was comfortable for our family of 4.
