We booked this RV for a weekend trip at Anchor Down RV Resort and it did not disappoint! The owners have fully stocked this camper with all the little things you won’t even know you need until you find it! Everything from pots and pans, to an ample supply of comfy blankets, and awesome pillows. Even small clips to hang garbage bags from. We were able to arrive, and enjoy the campground right away because everything was already set up, even linens on the beds. The camper is very spacious and comfortable and the owners are extremely nice and very responsive. If I’m ever in this area again, I won’t hesitate to book the same camper because it was a flawless experience!

Without this opportunity we would have had to cancel our trip due to a problem with our camper. Jon and Lynde made everything seamless. The camper had everything we needed and it was great to arrive to a campsite with the camper already set up. They were available the whole time we were camping to answer any questions that came up. We will rent from them again should we need it. Thanks Jon and Lynde!

Wow, can't say enough about these folks and their camper. We had the camper delivered and hooked up to an RV campground. It was present and ready to go when we arrived. It was our first time in a camper, and Lynde were so very attentive and responsive to our questions. Camper itself was in great condition, everything that we needed worked. They also picked up the camper on time, which the RV park said can be an issue - not with Jon and Lynde!

Jon and Lynde were pleasant and super helpful! Jon had the camper set up for our arrival and the interior was very clean. Jon gave clear instructions to help me upkeep the camper during our stay and he was available if we had questions for the duration of our trip. There were plenty of extra items they had in the camper for use like trash bags, chairs, tables, etc. I would highly recommend and we would rent again.

Very clean camper, all the amenities we needed for a great trip. The camper looks exactly as described in the pictures. Jon and Lynde were great to work with as well. They made the process extremely easy so we could focus on having a great time!

Camper was in great shape for a camper and we had no issues. We had a great time and enjoyed the upgrade from tent camping. Jon and Lynde were great to work with. I would not hesitate to rent from them again!

It was our first camping experience with the whole family and it was awesome! We can’t thank Jon & Lynde enough! Great communication from start to end! I can’t recommend them enough!

The RV had a fair amount of wear and tear. The screen on the bottom of the door was shredded. The faucet on the kitchen sink blew off and sprayed water everywhere the first time we used it. The owner came out the next day and "fixed" it but mostly he just turned the water down to where we barely got more than a trickle out of the sinks and not enough to flush the toilets. Once we turned the water back up, the faucet blew off again so we were unable to use the kitchen sink the whole time we were there. One set of mini blinds fell off of their bracket. I told the owners but they did not fix it while we were there. The grey water and black water tanks needed emptied (the campground did not have sewer hookups at each camp site). I told the owners, they came and emptied the grey water but not the black water so we couldn't use the toilet the rest of the trip. Not a great experience.

I’m sorry to see we have our first less than five star review. Yes, our camper has wear and tear because some renters choose not to treat our camper like it’s their own. We require full hookup because of our camper’s tank size, and somehow the fact that this campground did not have full hookup slipped by us. Oddly enough, I have a text message from this renter stating, “We had a great time.”

Couldn’t have asked for a better host or camper! We felt at home and had everything we needed. We came from Florida for a hiking/golf trip and this Host Delivered. They were available at all times to answer any questions or give suggestions on places to go. Soo happy with our choice!

We had a very smooth camping trip. The communication was great and the trailer was delivered on time. Everything is clean and works well. We brought our own linens and towels due to COVID(personal preference). We spent most of our time exploring the Smoky Mountains, so the trailer was just for sleeping at night. The shower in the trailer is pretty small and water pressure is low. If you can, try to book the campground with shower like we did. Overall, it was a good experience.

The camper met the needs of our family and we had a nice trip. Both Jon and Lydne were helpful and responsive.
