The RV was great! So spacious with the bunkbeds and side out. Unfortunately, while we were packing the RV, the generator died and needed a jump. Because of this, we chose to stay home that night meaning we lost a night of our vacation. It was challenging getting the generator to start throughout the trip. The RV drove well and was in good condition except for several leaks but we were also traveling through a tropical storm so it was raining far more than usual. Juan Carlos was responsive but it often took several hours to hear from him due to the nature of his work. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and would rent this RV again as it comfortably fit our family, was in good condition, and the host was friendly.

Excellent trip! The RV is spectacular—new, clean, and drives very well. The host, Juan Carlos, is a very nice person who responds quickly.
