This is our second time renting a camper from Escape RV Rental and I can guarantee that we will rent from them again next year. Their campers are quality and their customer service is excellent.

We rented an RV from Escape for our stay at Disney, and overall we had a great experience. The RV was spotless when we arrived, and they even stocked it with thoughtful essentials like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper — things I honestly didn’t expect to be included but really appreciated.

Excellent customer service!! Cannot thank you all enough for everything you did for us! Would 100% recommend! Our Camper Tiana was amazing! We absolutely loved it! The entire process from start to finish was excellent. We will definitely be booking a future rental!

This was our second time renting from escape because our first was so amazing. We are a family of 6. This time was just as wonderful!! Everything was great!! The unit was clean and functional . Worked great !!

Water in the shower kelp running on the floor had to put are towels down on the floor to stop the water coming out of the shower gfi was off in the bathroom so I had to put it on to get the coffee maker to work I knew what it was I was a electrician so I fix it I think the camper wasn’t level that why the water in the shower was going on the floor other then that we hat a good time in the trailer

As usual, we had a blast!! There were a couple typical events that occurred when spending time in an RV, and Brent either came out to check our concerns or walked us through it on the phone. We felt safe through the storm. We had everything we needed. We will definitely make this our annual family reunion. Thank you Escape RV!!

Everyone was super helpful and the customer service was great. The only reason I gave it three stars was because we had two sewage backups into the shower which put a dampen on the trip

Amazing! RV was clean and exactly as pictured. Great communication. Had everything ready for us, it was our first time renting and RV and they made the whole process so smooth and easy. I cannot wait to continue renting the Sparrow RV from escape RV rental in the future!
