On time and in budget, very accommodating. If you need an early delivery or pick up, simply fill that out on the initial request. The unit was clean and very nice, I would highly recommend…

Great experience provided by a great team, this was our first rental, won't be our last!

Escape did a good job delivering the RV. They are very good at delivering, setup and working with Daytona International Speedway. The RV that we wound up with had some issues which is not the fault of Escape.
The cable TV did not work for any TV. There was a short or a problem somewhere in the unit itself. I brought a cable and had to run it thru a window directly to the main TV so we could have access to the channels at our site. It was disappointing that we couldn't use the outside TV to watch the race while outside.
The furniture for lack of a better word, shed it's coating all over the floor and on us. It was kinda gross to continuously sweep the debris out. The main electric cable needs work, there were frayed lines. Overall, the RV we rented has seen better days.
Would I use Escape RV Rental again? absolutely. They are very easy to work with and do have a variety of units, some they own and some belonging to private individuals.

For the amount of money it cost to rent this RV I was not impressed with the service from this rental company! I had the RV rented for the entire day yet it was not delivered to my RV site at Fort Wilderness till 2:00pm! My site was ready at 12:30 and I was there waiting for it to be delivered till 2:00pm! Then on checkout I was to be out of the site by 9:00am! Again I had the rental for the entire day and yet I had to be out by 9:00am! Checkout at Fort Wilderness was at 11:00am! Lost 2 hours of relaxation having to hustle to be out by 9:00am!Also the bed mattress was TERRIBLE! In the rental picture the bed was made to look like a queen bed when in reality it was a Murphy bed with a couch squished underneath the split mattress and a sloped sleeping area!
Again for the amount of money I spent on this rental I feel like I got taken advantage of and would never rent again from this organization!

Hi Wendy! Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. This unit does have a Murphy bed and can be clearly seen from the pictures on our website. We do typically upgrade mattresses; however, this is a special mattress due to how it folds when the bed is stowed. We certainly did not attempt to hide this feature and we have received some positive feedback from others about how it maximizes the available space in the RV.

Booking was great drop off team kind but had
To ask for walk through and then we didn’t k ow how to use fireplace it wasn’t shown
A few suggestions outdoor grill plate was dirty
Would have liked more kitchen accessories like dish towels bowls etc and was left half roll paper towels we went out to get more
Plenty of towels
We didn’t have a broom we borrowed our camp mate no swifter as stated we needed to do
I also texted as soon as we got in master bedroom smelled of smoke and never got a response it lingered but then faded and only in that room
And master bed very comfortable
Thank you

We loved the process to be able to come in with everything setup and the camper ready to move in was great. However there were issues. The major issue was the sleeping options. We expected to have couch beds and both were unsleepable. They were at an angle and had gaps. Escape RV did provide a air mattress which made the sleeping possible in one of the beds but our son had to sleep in one of the recliners. Second issue was the cleanliness. The camper was not clean. Major dust and trash under the furniture and the carpet in the bedroom was nasty. The recliners were not connected so they were constantly shifting and hard to get out of without tipping them over. Third issue was the septic stopped up toward the end of the week. I was told that the drain valve was left open causing this issue. Not our fault and the tech was supposed come fix it but never did. Overall, I was not happy with the overall experience with the rental unit. It did not deter us from having a great vacation but that was by choice.

We had the tinker bell at fort wilderness and it was great. The TV had everything we needed for our family of 4, it was very cold for new year and the heat worked great.

xtremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend to Families

Respuesta de Brent

Hi Andrew. We take every review very seriously and we always appreciate the opportunity to work out any issues, regardless of severity, with the renters directly. Your issue was very simple…you ran out of propane on your fourth day of the reservation. You notified us of this at 7:28 am and your tanks were filled by 9:25 am, which is less than a 2- hour lead time on a holiday (that’s not a bad response time). We knocked on the door several times without an answer so we refilled and left (I don’t walk into RV’s without permission). Later that night you called and said that you didn’t have hot water, which is typical after running out of propane (which I explained). I attempted to walk you through resetting the water heater and dispatched my tech (45 minute lead time), which you declined service. All of your “issues” were pretty standard for camping in an RV during colder months, you will run out of propane if you are constantly running the furnace, cooking several meals, and showering for a family of 5.

8 days at Fort Wilderness was flawless. The RV was pristine and fully functional. Communication was excellent leading up to our stay, during our stay and throughout checkout day. I used a different vendor last year that was not near as good. The team that set up was prompt and professional. Disney lagged about an hour in telling the vendor the site number. I recommend notifying the vendor the minute the site is assigned. I also recommend the maid service. I missed that during my booking and didn’t see a link to add it later. No one wants to clean up while on vacation but we did. I wish we paid for the service though. Bring an all purpose cleaner for use during your stay, they do not provide that.

The Escape RV team was great. They were very prompt in responding and coordinated with Disney very well. Everything was great. The RV (Tiana) was very nice and worked well for us (and the dogs). We had no issues with the RV. We would definitely rent from Escape RV again.

The host was very good. We would use Brent again. The Rv was average but the whole event was very good. On the con side, the folding beds up front are trash. You must bring a thick foam pad to make them usable. Use them as they are at your own peril!
