Mark is very friendly and made our pickup and return very easy.
Vehicle was in good condition and everything worked as it should. Mark was very transparent in letting us know a few existing conditions that we needed to know. But none of those caused any issues to drive, safety or stay.

This was an amazing rental. Totaly worth the extra money for a large family. We will rent this again for sure.

Christina and Mark are incredible hosts to work with! They were very accommodating when it came to pick up and drop off and did a great job showing all of the functionality of the RV. The RV was just as advertised, very beautiful and comfortable. The value for what we got was very reasonable and will definitely keep them in mind when renting in the future!

There were some glitches with the preparation of the van, and some amenities in the listing that the van did not actually have. The owner dealt with both of those things in a responsible and appropriate way. The listing has been corrected. I am a happy camper, had a great experience, would rent again.

Issues with RV:
1. right blinker camera doesn't work. Blinker on, screen goes black.
2. Privacy shade for front windshield and driver/passenger door (front cab)
3. Stairs don't work
4. Step stool inadequate
5. Sewer hose in very rough shape
6. Utility compartments in very rough shape.
7. Passenger side bedroom window shade is missing and damage was hidden behind a cushion
8. Sink window screen damaged/broken
9. Back window screen in bedroom window is torn
10. Multiple Goats heads/sandspurs found in front cab area (as though the floor was never cleaned, swept or vacuumed
11. Both Tvs were missing remotes.
12. Side entry door window shade is out of the tracks and needs attention.
13. Power strip on counter doesn't work at all (none on the outlets work)

The host was great! They delivered the RV straight to our house, which was a huge help since we were in a time crunch. There was a small delivery fee, but it was absolutely worth it for the convenience. The RV was clean and exactly what we needed. The host was friendly and easy to work with—highly recommend!

Our RV worked great for us! The check out/in was easy and everyone was so sweet and nice! I will definitely rent from them again!
