I called into Outdoorsy with my concern the renter was attempting to negotiate free delivery and days outside of his booking request. I was advised by the Outdoorsy representative that I was well within my allowed time to cancel and that she would move forward with cancelling the booking. The process was rather straight forward.

This was our first time renting on this site and Joe made it super easy and enjoyable! We will definitely rent from him again!
