Acerca de Jeff and Jen Pruitt

We're a group of family & friends who love sharing our RVs with other families that are looking for an exceptional, out-of-the-ordinary vacation; where the journey is also part of the fun. We always camped as children and teenagers, but now we prefer to "glamp" and enjoy the RV lifestyle and the liberty that comes with it. We chose to get our own RV because of our large family (of 8) became even bigger through adoption (+5) and vacation resorts were routinely unable to accommodate our new larger family (of up to 13 people), so we looked into alternative vacationing and discovered that our large family could provide our own "nicely appointed" accommodations, no matter where we went, by having a motorhome -- that's how it all started for us.

No 6th bed, taxing us for towels and charging us another 3 grand after taking security deposit. These guys are monsters. $400 for towels and $500 for an $30 led light from walmart

It was a pleasure working with Jeff and Mark. The Trailer was so beautiful! He came and set everything up for us and walked us through everything we needed to know. It was a real treat renting from Pruitt and will definitely be renting again in the future!

Henry was wonderful to work with, very nice and personable guy! Gave it 3 stars because though everyone was very nice along the way...The rental process was overly complicated and daunting. The extra charges for everything also left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The low mileage allowed would barely let you get anywhere without an extra cost and the return time is not reasonable if you need to drive back from somewhere. It felt like the nightly price was very deceiving because of all the extra charges added on top. The pick-up process took way too long and had an unnecessary amount of minutiae. The location is very convenient for us so I would love to rent from you again and therefore wanted to provide some constructive criticism for you to consider going forward. Overall we had a lovely trip and the motorhome we rented was very nice. Thank you!

Loved Connie (RV-name) Nice smooth ride. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really like the plush towels. The RV was clean and ready to go when we were ready for departure. Will use Pruitt RV again.

The reservation was easy and the steps well explained. I picked up and we used the entire 90 minutes I allotted so the systems could be well explained. We were going to be off-grid so I wanted to understand all the options. The RV was clean and well stocked. We had a great time and the two issues i encountered were quickly resolved with a text. Drop off was easy and the final cost was within what we had discussed before the trip. We had a great time and look forward to renting again next year!

Henry was lovely
Back end customer service from Pruitt was very disappointing. I've rented 13 resources. I don't think I would use Pruitt again

We rented from Jeff for an EMU Football Tailgate hosted by the Dean for the College of Arts and Sciences. The RV was fantastic and I found working with Jeff was professional, timely and thoughtful. You can't go wrong renting from Pruitt. Thanks Jeff!

I cannot say enough about my amazing experience with the Pruitt family and this motor coach! My orientation and drive was comprehensive and thorough. It was stocked with everything you need which took a lot of stress off of me and my family. I highly recommend this unit!
