Tim was very nice and quick to answer questions. Sadly the trailer is well used and it shows. Thankful both refrigerators and the A/C worked well The rest of the unit was disappointing. Mostly the queen size bed, didn’t have a mattress on it nor did the other three bunks. There was only a 2-inch thick pad that was supposed to be the mattresses Thankful our friends had an extra mattress in their rig that we borrowed for the week. The trailer was not as clean as it should have been. Stovetop and microwave had stuff dripped all over. The countertop also had stuff not cleaned from somebody else. Sadly the water tank gauges did not read correctly. The bathroom was very very smelly. Overall we were sad that our expectations were not met with this trailer.Tim was very nice, he delivered it and picked it up from the campground on time. We never saw the rig until delivery. In my opinion the black and grey water tanks need to be cleaned better that would help with the smell and a real mattress needs to be installed.

Trailer was exactly what we needed. Tim was more than great with helping with instructions, even helped us with local ATV rental info and other inquiries! He was quick to respond and we stayed in a very nice trailer of his!!!
