Markus was quick to respond and confirm our last minute trip plan around Dallas and Thunderstorm state park. He gave a good walkthrough of the features of this new marvelous machine. The RV was brand new, with all bells and whistles. Markus also helped during the trip when we had some questions on some of the controls. Overall a great experience.
