We love taking the Rover off the grid and exploring remote back roads and quiet places. Nothing like a good nap or a warm bed to come back to after a long day out exploring. Favorite trips so far are the Canadian Rockies but we love exploring the US Parks. We have all sorts of itineraries we can share with you.

Great experience. Hosts were friendly & really helpful answering all Qs about the vehicle, which was itself in good shape. Van was fully equiped with everything we could need, and then some! If you have a lot of bags, you could consider leaving some of the extra van items with Jen/Nic. For example, there are 2 tables, chairs, leveling blocks, etc. I would book here again.

This was our first Sprinter experience, and it was excellent. Jen and Nic have outfitted the Rover thoughtfully and practically. All the basic needs are addressed without a lot of technical complication. At least a couple times I was thankful for the 4WD. Communication was easy and responsive, and they were invested in ensuring we had a good experience. We had a multi-state adventure dropping my daughter off at college that neither of us will forget.

We had a great trip with this van and would highly recommend for anyone considering renting it. We took a 10 day road trip all over CA and this vehicle performed beautifully.

I cannot say enough regarding how helpful and informative Jen And Nic were throughout this whole process. Having no experience with camper vans or RVs, everything was broken down into plain English so a novice like me could understand. Jen and Nic also made themselves available 24/7 throughout the entire trip which was reassuring.

Wonderful from beginning to end! Nic recommended a campsite which made for great photo opportunities, Jen shared a coffee shop rec (that was awesome) and both were helpful the whole way through -- from flexibility on pick up and return to a clear in-person intro on how to use all the features of the Rover.

We enjoyed our weekend in this van. The pop top gave us more space for my 6'4" tall husband, and also gave us some light and air when we had the lower windows covered for privacy. It would be perfect to put a kid up there for a family outing.
Nick and Jen had it set up with linens (including dish towels and such) plates, utensils, coffee cups and wine glasses. With that and the fridge, microwave and coffee maker, we were all set--great since we were 30 miles from the nearest town. Would definitely rent this again!

Nik an Jen were both great. Answered all questions promptely had a booklet with important info. explained. The rig looks better in person then the photos on Outdoorsy . It was clean with a comfy bed and fully stocked. We had a great time.

We loved our time with this van. The communication was timely and super helpful. The van was spotless, the bedding comfortable and it has everything you need for a wonderful glamming experience. We will be renting again!

Nic and Jen's Sprinter with pop top is AWESOME! Great for a family of 4 - the kiddos LOVED playing in the pop top, hours of fun! We also loved having the porta potty for nighttime bathroom needs for the kiddos when it was not convenient to walk all the way over to the camp ground bathrooms. It was also super easy to dump. The Sprinter drives like a truck / large SUV, very easy and fits anywhere. You can basically pull this puppy up to where you would normally pitch your tent and it fits right there as Nic and Jen state in their listing. My husband slept up top with our 5 year old daughter, and my son and I slept on the bed below. We also loved that everything comes with the van, coffee maker, grinder, dishware and cutlery for 4 people, all you really need. We tried to pack as light as a family with 2 small kids can, and we mostly succeeded! My husband and I are also tall people, so it was nice to have the pop top up when working in the galley prepping or using the sink. You will not need a generator with this rig, the batteries and solar power are all you need. We used the inverter for the coffee maker and some other plug in items, then would turn it off after use. Overall, such a great weekend with the Stover Rover! Thanks Nic and Jen!!

Rover was my first camper van adventure. Rover is a fully pedigreed Sportsmobile camper van build, and with extra touches from the hosts, Rover strikes an unusual balance between offroad readiness and glamping amenities. Nic and Jen are excellent hosts, and they patiently answered all my newbie questions for my first van adventure. The hosts even offer a website to further educate individuals like me who are still on the steep end of the learning curve with all things related to camper vans.

We had a great time renting from Nic & Jen…great communication, very helpful at both pickup and drop off, and their van was as advertised. No issues whatsoever on our trip up the coast and back. Thank you!

We rented this vehicle for an extended trip in 2022 from mid-April into
early summer throughout the American West. We had a wonderful trip; the
camper was very well equipped, and it fully met our expectations. The
owners had excellent communication with us throughout the experience and
provided a detailed manual for operating the vehicle and its amenities. We
did not encounter any mechanical problems or other issues during the trip.
With its 4-wheel drive capability we never got stranded. It was a
comfortable space for us to travel both in the arid, hot southwest and the
colder, rainy northwest. Its power system with solar panels is ample and
efficient. We travelled fully off-grid even through rainy and cloudy
periods; we never had to hook up to electric service anywhere. We would
gladly rent this camper again for another road trip through our beautiful
country!

This RV is very well outfitted and spotlessly clean. The bed is so comfortable I slept 12 hours the first night! It is easy to drive and operate.
