I’m glad that I rented this RV because I had a great time and it was a reasonable price. Prior to my rental, Katie was great about communicating with me when I had questions. On the day that I picked up the RV, Katie spent about an hour explaining everything and being patient with all my questions. The only thing that didn’t work was the microwave but Katie told me that before my trip. I was pleasantly surprised with some of the things that were provided such as silverware, knives, plates, bowls, cups, a cutting board, cooking pots, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Also I had a question while I was on the trip, and Katie got back with me very quickly. All in all, I was happy with this rental.

We really enjoyed our trip. The van was easy to drive and the systems were user friendly. Katie answered promptly when I had a question and was sweet and accommodating throughout. We would definitely rent the van again.

RV electric and water did not work the entire trip despite following all directions. Owner refused to fix, didn't assure me of refund, and didn't allow me to have it fixed by Roadside Assistance after she told me to call them. Continued to blame it on me. Outdoorsy has a long review process before I find out if I'm getting my
$500 deposit back (I left it in excellent clean condition) or any refund. Extremely stressful with owner being difficult.

Hello, like I stated to you numerous times I never refused to fix a problem. I had instructed you to call roadside assistance like support told me to do. The issue here was you never went somewhere with a hook up so that roadside assistance can come out and assist you with the problem in person. Because you refuse to do that there was no way for them to diagnose any issue as the only contact you had with them was on the phone. I also told you that if they did come out and contact me and let me know there was an issue that I would consider the refund and fix the problem. Support had also told me not to give you any type of refund until the vehicle was back in my possession. You also decided to continue on with the rental at your own choice after you had issues operating the van. You also decided to blame me because you could not find anywhere to stay in the van for free. That alone is not my responsibility to find you somewhere to go. You did return the van one hour later then agreed and also did not fully clean. I found cat hair all over the seats and floor. I would also like to let it be known that I was not difficult and that I have over 250 messages for you which I responded in a very timely manner. I am sorry you had such a difficult time operating the van. Van life is not for everyone it can take time to learn. Best wishes in your future.
