This thing was poorly represented. Caution to those looking to rent this. The owners hide behind the contract. Any issues are on you and road side. They will not refund any thing. It was not clean as they state. They are also very hard to work with. The maintenance is questionable at best. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The other reviews either are friends or have never rented anything before and don’t know what to expect.
The blind spot indicators don’t work, there is also a shake to the steering, both are potential safety issues. The side window has duck tape holding it in. The patches aren’t all functional in the interior allowing doors to swing open. Just to name a few issues. Definitely no pride of ownership and false advertising.
Also don’t expect anything from Outdoorsy, they evidently don’t care about scams or any issues. I would even suggest using another app or going to a reputable rental location until vetting becomes a requirement.

This was a life changing 3 wk van camping trip out west (from east coast), our first venture without “tenting” it. Driving almost 7,000 mi on “Pineapple” (added last name “Warrior”), we had no major problems and found it easy to drive and very comfortable. Owners were always responsive to our questions and gave thorough tutorial of van operation prior to trip. Hiked/camped the major National Parks/Monuments in AZ, UT, NM. Van perfect for cooking/hiking/city trips/exploring remote areas and boondoggle camping. Very comfortable sleeping as well. Already planning next year’s adventure. Thank you, Lauren and Paul!

Loved this van, it was so easy to drive and get around. Everything about it was great. Enjoyed my long weekend leaf peeping in the state of Vermont. I would definitely take it out again.

Lauren and Tracy were great, they took time to show us all of the systems of the RV before we took off and had many helpful suggestions. The van is in very good shape. We had a few minor glitches (drawer latches, stove ignitor locking) but they were easily managed and you should always expect some little thing to deal with (not a hotel room). They let us leave our car there and upon return Lauren had washed it. That was very nice of her. We won't hesitate to rent from them again.

Our trip to Acadia National Park in Maine was a great one and the RV experience made it better. Tracy was great. If we needed help she was able to help.

Tracy was a wonderful host of the RV. She is so kind and wanted to make sure we had an exceptional experience.
The RV was great, roomy, we’ll equip with all we needed on our 6 day 5 night camping trip in New Hampshire. We strongly suggest Lake Pawtuckaway if you’re picking up from Tracy and it’s only 1hr away and the best camping we’ve experienced along with hiking boating, swimming etc.
The RV and our trip and hosting experience were great.

Tracy is a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. The van is very easy yo drive, especially in tighter areas around New England. Would highly recommend!

I used the van for a 7 day road trip down south to Savannah with my mom and special needs dog. It was very comfortable and easy to drive and learn the features. Tracey spent over 1 and a half hours with me when I picked it up explaining things and I appreciated that greatly. She was also responsive to messages and phone calls when I had questions, that was greatly helpful when using a RV for the first time. Tracey also provided a temperature monitor for the RV that I could use for my dog since I wanted to be able to leave my dog for a few hours but wanted to be able to see the temperature inside the van from my phone. This definitely saved our trip since we were able to go some places that didn’t allow dogs that we couldn’t have gone to otherwise. We were also able to go a while (over 4 days) without having to dump or fill water. Once we learned how to dump and fill, it wasn’t all that bad. It was a smooth experience and we can’t wait to build more memories with a future trip with this van !
