The RV had some mechanical problems.
The owner was responsive, but all the repairs were on my time and use of the RV.
We returned from our 1200 mile trip with no air conditioning or generator operating in the RV.
Air conditioning unit in the back worked on external electrical power.

The owner was very easy to work with. The trip had a few hitches due to issues with the RV but not entirely in the owner's control and he was very helpful in trying to resolve them. The RV was overall as advertised and was not difficult to operate. Wish gas prices had been cheaper but that is not the owner's fault. We drove 5000 miles and only had a few issues so we consider the trip a success. If you ever need to find an RV that is comfortable and has an owner that is willing to work with your plans this one is the one. The videos he made are so much easier to watch than trying to read a book. Made it much easier to understand most things before we picked the RV up. Thanks again for allowing us to use your RV. Be safe out there.

From start to finish our 3 day rental was a perfect experience. I recommend watching the videos that Randy has on YouTube, they are instructional on the operational systems of the RV. As a first time RV’er these were invaluable & helped my confidence level a lot.
The AC units, which there are two of, worked perfect and chilled the RV interior down to an icebox. Over 3 days I ran the generator a lot and was surprised with how little fuel it used.
The microwave works just like you have in your home & the stove the same. In the morning we cooked eggs, bacon, and sausage on the stove & toasted bread in the oven.
RV’ing is less like camping & more like staying in a small apartment with all the amenities including 2 sinks with running water, shower, and a toilet so you don’t have to use a stinky porta potty.
Communication with Randy was second to none, quick and knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful I would absolutely recommend & plan to book his RV again, two thumbs up. Cheers! Tom

This 2003 has some get up and go. We went from Virginia to Florida and back. Some minor issues that were easily fixed. For example; I forgot that I had to remove the key before I could let out the sides. I texted Randy and he got right back. Friendly family!
First time renting and I do not believe it will be the last. Wife and kids loved it as well. We do some traveling for field hockey. Sometimes there is hours between games. It was nice to go to the parking lot, sit, relax, eat, sleep, and be recharged for the next game. A true recovery zone.
