When we picked up the RV it was EMPTY on gas, I had to pay out of my own pocket witch I got reimbursed but still that took time of my vacation and on top of that she requested to pump gas at Costco because it was cheaper. When I made the reservation the 150 cleaning fee was included in my total cost at the end she said it wasn’t included and she charge the extra 150 cleaning fee. Total scam!

Overall, the RV is quite nice with the AC working great in 100 degree weather, the bed very comfortable (and we're picky), it was spacious with lots of storage, very clean, and drove smoothly. Three notes on the rental:

The RV was great. Had so much space that we all felt comfortable. We followed the owner's instructions but had one problem where trying to convert the table to bed, the rod below came out along with screws under the table. There wasn't any way to remove the rod to convert to bed. We told this honestly to the owner but the claim was still filed and we are yet to hear back on what will be charged.
