Richard is very nice and responsive. He answered all my questions and concerns instantly before the trip, and he prepared almost all supplies we need in RV. The RV was maintained very well by him. He was available all the time when i texted him for any questions during the trip. I will recommend Richard and his RV to my friends.

RV was as advertised and Rich was great. He was responsive, friendly and flexible. Both check out and return were easy and efficient. I would highly recommend renting from Rich.

Great experience both for the trip and the RV. Rich is a pleasure to work with and the RV has plenty of power to make it at Bryce Canyon over 9000 feet up. He even provided accessories to help make the trip a bit easier. Thank you!

I have a great time to drive this RV. Richard is very helpfull. I took 4 days trip to North California with 3 of us and little dog, camping around Napa campsites. Will rent from Richard again next time.
