We are a family from Largo,Fl and started our RV rental business in 2017. Today we have 7 RV´s in different sizes available for rental. 1 Coachmen Freelander, 1 Winnebago Access, 1 Fleetwood Jamboree, a new 2020 Jayco Redhawk, a beautiful 2021 Thor Chateau ith mega slide out and 2 newer Winnebago Outlooks. Besides renting out RV´s we are spending a lot of time on the road ourselves with one of the motorhomes. Hope to see you soon. Lisa & Kai were great explaining everything to us that we needed to know to have a successful trip. The RV ran great and we had no problems with anything. RV was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend renting your next RV from Lisa and Kai.

We had an absolutely amazing experience renting from Florida Blue Sky Adventures. As a single dad looking for a fun way to spend spring break with my 7 year old son ... I was leaning towards tent camping, yet the work for a single parent to pull that off at a different campsite every night was exhausting just to think about! So I opted to try out a motorhome and was so happy I did.

Hosts jumped through hoops to help me get insurance to tow a trailer and rent their RV at VERY short notice! Their high level of communication helped expedite this process and allowed us to have a great trip!
The trailer was in great shape and easy to drive and the hosts were flexible all around. I would definitely rent through them again. Thank you both!

First, these folks really are wonderful people. They both communicate very well and are responsive to questions and willing to help. This rig really is perfect, like new. Rides tight and straight. Everything works perfectly and the cabin inside is fresh and clean and very comfortable. The shower is large enough for a big 6 foot guy (or lady), and it is hot, hot, hot....as much of it as you want. The rig comes complete with all the basic necessities that would allow you to just hit the road and have fun. The rig drives like a large van, so you can feel completely comfortable wherever you are!

Kai and Lisa and their RV were great! This was my first RVing experience and nothing but positive feedback. They explained everything, were available to communicate when I had questions during my trip and the RV was perfectly comfortable for my 2000+ mile trip. I will rent from them again and higjly recommend.

We had our first RV trip in a 28 ft RV from Florida Blue Sky Adventures RV and it was awesome! Kai and Lisa are super responsive, patient, and accommodating. Any questions or clarification we needed was addressed in a kind and professional manner. Lisa was thorough and took her time going over everything about the RV; we never felt rushed. We felt comfortable doing business with people who are upfront, professional and friendly. The 2012 Coachman RV was easy to learn to drive and very well maintained. The generator, electric awning, fridge, A/C, and water sources all worked perfectly. There’s a ton of great external and internal storage, which allowed us to minimize clutter, and have a secure place for all of our stuff with plenty of room to spare. The driver’s and passenger’s seats where comfortable. We will be renting again from Florida Blue Sky Adventures. =)

We had a very bad experience with KAI and our RV rental. Kai seems like a great guy when you are picking up your RV. However, when returning he turns into pure business about what extra dollars can he squeeze out of you. First of all the shower had a broken pan/floor so it was unusable. Kai let us know a few days before our trip and we agreed we would rent it anyway because the RV park we were staying at had shower and washroom facilities. Other than the broken shower the RV was clean and functional. We went on our trip and had a good time, but ended up coming home a couple days early. So knowing that Kai had ordered a new shower pan and would probably want to get the repairs underway, I called him the morning after we got back home to return the RV a day early. Well no good deed goes unpunished with Kai. First, he tells us that he is too busy for us to return the RV that morning and that we have to meet him at 4:30 in the afternoon. But we still think we are doing him a favor and returning it a day early. We had about 300 miles extra and over the 700 miles we were supposed to be allowed according to his listing for a one week rental. I ask him to forgive the miles since we payed for 7 day rental and returned it a day early. He says he will see what he can do and we part ways. Then I get a claim on my deposit. He messages me and says he knocked some miles off, but he was charging me for .45 a mile and $32 dollars for gas because when I picked up the RV the tank was at 90% and when I returned it was at 80%. His listing clearly states .35 a mile and he insists the tank is 40 gallons and he has a $10 a gallon surcharge for fuel. WOW. The tank is only 30 gallons. I know, because I had to fill it like 6 times and it would only take 27 Gallons and cost about $55 every time. He didn't even want to listen and just kept saying "you signed the contract" and it says .45 a mile. He even tried to say that we only rented it for 6 days when our contract on "outdoorsy" clearly shows 7 days. He was just rude and refused to offer any kind of concession. He was going to get his .45 a mile and $32 for 2 gallons of gas, even when the place he stores his RV is literally adjacent to a gas station. We went out of our way and accepted renting a broken RV, returning it a day early so he could get repairs underway, and returning it clean, but Kai doesn't care about making it a good experience. He just cares about keeping his fleet of 7 RV generating cash and squeezing a couple extra dollars out of you, which ultimately ruins your vacation experience in the end.
P.S. I just figured out that he purposely doesn't close out your booking so that you can't leave a bad review. I had to call "outdoorsey" to have them close my booking and leave this review. Great guy!

The communication with Kai was excellent and the RV was beautiful. Everything worked well and as expected. The RV had many ammenities that exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to accommodate our travel times and made the return of the RV seamless as well as meeting us at a location to drop it off. I would recommend thus RV, Kai and his wife for any needs of an RV. I will be renting from them again in the future.

Lisa and Kai were great to rent from. We were treated very well and Lisa was very helpful walking through everything from the contract to the workings of the RV. The RV was super clean and drove great. I would not hesitate to rent from Lisa and Kai again. Highly Recomended
