Owner cancelled within an hour of the “instant booking”. Disappointing, but at least he communicated quickly. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt on the other star ratings.

Super nice RV, easy to drive and operate. Lots of space with the slide out. Everything you need is in the RV, just load your food and family. Owner is easy going and very helpful. We had a blast in Okeechobee FL. Great to have that ice cold A/c after a long day at the lake.

Whole experience was great! David was awesome and very laid back. We did a walk through and he showed me everything before we hit the road. The rv was perfect. Great condition, drives great and just the perfect size.

The vehicle we had was a good fit for our month on the road. The communication with the owner was, for the most part, good. The owner went over all of the the operations of the vehicle when we met for delivery. However, the RV was not very clean, and the bedding on the bed appeared to have been slept in the previous night. During our trip we made several improvements to the RV. We replaced a non-working smoke detector, worked on the shower door so it would open and close correctly, adjusted one window screen so it was in correctly, and added one indoor and one outdoor mat to help keep the RV clean. Before returning the RV to the owner we thoroughly cleaned the vehicle, washed and dried all linens: towels, sheets, blankets...everything. During the trip we discovered that the batteries were not strong enough to easily move the slide in and out, even while plugged into electricity and that the step outside the door became more difficult to move in and out as we went on. When we returned the RV we were told that the inability for the step to move as it should was our fault (which it was NOT) and charged an amount for the repair. Although our communication with the owner was mostly positive, I was extremely upset that we were blamed for a problem that existed prior to our use of the RV. We had a feeling of being hustled by the owner at the end of the trip.

David was great to work with. Flexible on pick up and drop off, and very responsive to calls and texts. he went over everything with us when we picked it up. RV was nice and clean.
