George was very accommodating and worked with us well through a couple of very small issues when we were on the road. He genuinely cared that we were having a great trip. The RV was a little older and had some minor rattles, etc, but overall it was a great experience. It was very clean, ran great, and did everything we could ask of it. Even though we didn't need it, George had the tools needed to change a flat tire, etc. which is huge and very much appreciated. (on a previous trip with a different camper, different owner, that was a real issue - ruined our trip).

The owner was more than gracious. My original reservation was canceled less than 24 hours prior to my trip to transport my 87y/o granny. George accommodated all of our needs and was prompt to reply during our travels. Parked at his location without incident.

George was extremely responsive and informative. He provided two videos about RV’s that was extremely helpful. He was extremely flexible working with the pickup and return. His RV was very clear, easy to handle and delivered a very enjoyable experience
