We had an amazing experience with this RV! It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our family road trip. Driving it was smooth and easy, even for long distances. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was super practical, and the bathroom worked perfectly, including hot water. What we loved the most was the freedom to explore different places without giving up comfort. It truly felt like a home on wheels. Communication with the owner was excellent—very friendly and responsive.Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable travel adventure!

Mo was outstanding. He was an owner who not only cared but went above and beyond for my family's vacation. I will 100% use him for all further trips to the area. Thank you!!!!

Mo was very easy to coordinate with and really took the time to ensure that we had a good understanding of the vehicle at the onset. Would gladly book with Mo again in the future.

I had a great experience renting from Mo. He was available for any questions any time of the day.RV is a house on wheels and ofcourse there may be things that may not work, so it is important to rent from someone who is responsive and is gret at troubleshooting. The RV is in great shape! It looks and feels new. It was super clean. The fridge cools amazing and the generator worked for hours considering the 110 weather in Las Vegas. My family and I got a chance to built amazing memories. We will rent from Mo again.

extraordinary experience!! Mo's treatment from the beginning was very good, he was clear, patient and gave us good advice for our trip!! He was available all the time and it seems that he is very professional in his work. The RV we rented was our home for several days and it worked perfectly! It's just a matter of paying attention to the instructions and, honestly, it's very comfortable! The refrigerator is spacious and cools quickly. We rarely used the shower because we preferred to bathe in the campground, but it is comfortable and a good size. The unit is very clean and well maintained.Driving it has its challenges if it is the first time, but it is easy to learn and the car responds very well!!! The kitchen is very comfortable and Mo supported us with all the necessary tools such as plates, pans and cutlery, which made it easier for us to use it... The beds are very comfortable and clean and easy to install.100% recommendable.

We had a trip planned and we’re set to pick up from cruise America, and the RV they tried to give us was horrific. I reached out to MO last minute and he called me and got all the details and saved our trip to Tahoe and our friends wedding we were attending. Mo is simply the best!

Mo stepped in when another host had to cancel a few days before our trip (Outdoorsy were brilliant at helping us find an alternative). We were happy with the RV; it provided almost everything that we needed and was easier to drive than I thought it would be (first time RV driver). Mo was very good at answering any questions we had, before and during the trip. He was delayed by about an hour for both pick up and drop off (the meeting place is a car park rather than a private residence), which caused minor inconvenience.

Mo was an excellent host! He accommodated our trip on short notice after another host canceled. He was flexible with us and his RV was perfect for our trip. It was maintained well and worked with no issues for our week-long trip. We would highly recommend Mo to anyone wanting to rent an RV in the Vegas area.

Mo was an awesome host. He prepped us in advance that things can break in RVs, which we knew was common, but he said would be there to help if needed. Sure enough, part way into our trip, our heater stopped working so he drove all the way out to meet us, fixed the heater, and brought us electric space heaters in case it happened again. He also took the time to show us how everything worked when we picked it up, gave us a lot of tips to help us plan our route, and was very accommodating on pickup/drop off timing. Things are never perfect on RVs, so it is nice to have a host you can count on.

This was our first RV trip and it was unforgettable! Mo was incredible! We had an issue with the toilet our second or third day in (a small piece broke that was needed to open the drain when flushing) and Mo drove 4 hours one way to fix the issue. We didn't have to change any of our travel plans, he just met us where we were headed and fixed it while we were at lunch! First RV trip was a true success with many memories made! I can't enough good things about Mo!

Multiple problems with our RV rental.
1. extremely dirty on pick up, (photos attached of dirt on rags used to clean) no broom provided, windows dirty (see pictures).
2. Bed sheet dirty (see picture)
3. When driving RV @ 50mph & above steering wheel shakes (see video).
4. Step into RV does not work. (see pictures) Husband has had previous back surgery. This step is crucial getting in and out of RV. He is using the driver’s door to get in and out of the RV. Myself (passenger) “kinked my left knee getting out of camper without step. I will be having a physician check my knee when we arrive home if knee continues to be an issue.
5. Refrigerator NOT working - have lost all food. Having to buy cooler & ice repeatedly. Having to eat out mostly as unable to prepare meals (added expense). We were told we would have a grill. No grill provided. Sent owner a text message that fridge was not working, his response was "have you tried dry ice?"
When we picked up the camper the fridge was warm. He stated he had "just turned it on and sometimes out here in the desert you need to buy dry ice to help keep fridge cool." We did buy the dry ice ($15.00 charge) this did not do anything. **This statement made no sense to us but then again, we don't live in the desert, so we bought the dry ice!
6. Window over table broken (not useable - owner has duct taped window shut). Window over sink not useable as screen is broken and does not stay in so unable to use this window w/out screen due to bugs. (see pictures). We are in the desert and without windows being open it is extremely hot and difficult to sleep.
7. Side door of camper is missing a screen on the door. Also, unable to use.
8. Unable to use RV awning (it has rained) as you'll see it has been "torn off”. When asked about the awning owner stated "for insurance reasons he had to take it off". (see picture of damage where awning was).
9. Shower is not useable! Door has 3 panels of glass that are all off the track. (Very DANGEROUS) When owner was told he stated " I have been waiting for a replacement since COVID”.
We are now having to make reservations at multiple campgrounds, so we shower. Another added expense on top of the $4,888.00 we have paid for this RV rental.
10. All outdoor lights are not working.
** We are in day 6 of this horrible vacation. We would have called RV owner, Mo to come take the camper, but due to having to make multiple reservations @ campgrounds last minute, they are non-refundable.
To say this is unacceptable is an understatement. We have been planning this trip for quite some time and cannot believe the poor condition of this RV.
It is terrible to be taken advantage of. Not only on top of the $4,888.00 for the RV rental we paid for airline tickets to Las Vegas from Boston to rent this RV.
The additional costs we have endured do the poor upkeep of this RV is something we did not intend on spending.
Mo seems genuine at first but then clearly just takes the money and does not care about his "customers" Please DO NOT rent from him. I promise you it will be nothing but frustrations.
I am in contact with OUTDOORSY in hopes of getting a refund. The fact we will have to eat all the reservations both at campgrounds and the dinner costs because we had no food / no fridge /no grill to cook we added that expense of eating out which by they way is not easy as we did not have a car in tow to un hitch to go out. Once the RV was plugged in/electric/septic etc ...to much work all around.

I thank for the time my guests took to write a review. I am so sorry that my RV did not meet their expectations. I would like to point out that expectations were unrealistic, and walk-through instructions were not followed correctly for the issues they encountered. Some allegations are outright false, which I will clarify below. I will try to keep my response very objective. The handover was alright. At the time of pickup, there were no issues with cleaning. They did a thorough 1.5 hour walk-through of my vehicle (which included mechanical, damage verification, and cleaning confirmation). Outdoorsy can visually see the cleaning and condition of my RV in the departure form. It is a great RV and my seventeen 5-star reviews confirm that.1. On Saturday, Sep 21, 9.44 a.m., I received a text from Paul and Judi (Paul’s wife) that the RV is dirty. She is showing me white towels turning black as she wiped the floor. As part of my thorough cleaning process, the floors are mopped before guests pick up the RV. However, when guests arrive, they enter the RV with their shoes on and tour the vehicle. I am also wearing my shoes when I am giving the RV operation tour at pick up. Of course, if multiple people walk with shoes on a clean floor for a full day, the floor will get dirty and it will blacken any white towels (that are used for cleaning).2. Bedsheet was provided clean. They slept on it. The photo I received from Paul is from next morning (Sep 21). I am not sure when it was marked dirty.3. RV is a moving home. The drive of any RV is not smooth like Tesla. I am not sure what the expectations were. RVs are loud and do shake a bit more than cars especially when roads are not level. This RV is huge, 32 feet long.4. They claimed automated step into the RV does not work. They saw that during the walk-through at the pick-up. They had no issues with it. Again, you are still able to get in and out of RV without the automated pull-out step. Paul and Judi were alright with it at pickup.5. On Sep 21, 9.44 a.m., Paul and Judi complained that the fridge did not work. Please see photo attached of the fridge and freezer thermostat and see that the fridge was cooling. Of course, if they do not have hookup sites, and they have drained the batteries, the fridge will not work. Also, if they leave the fridge doors open, it will not work. Our fridge was checked before their departure and I have thermostat photos that it was cooling. (If our guests complain that fridge is not working during 120-degree weather in Las Vegas, we recommend putting dry ice. It has done wonders for all guests during extreme Vegas heat). Paul stated that dry ice “did not” work for them, which was strange because it worked for all my previous guests in extreme temperatures. It is not even that hot in Vegas end of September. Dry ice is -109-degree Fahrenheit. If they put dry ice in a hot fridge, it would have frozen their food. They showed me no receipt for dry ice, which makes me question if they even bought dry ice.6. We did not commit to them about any grill. It is not listed on our listing on Outdoorsy. It was NEVER promised on any communications we exchanged via outdoorsy or text messages.7. There are 2 windows over the dinette. One was unable to open and one was taped shut. The second window opens just fine. The window over the sink was fine. Paul and Judi broke the screen trying to clean the windows. We are NOT charging them for breaking the window screen.Again, in Paul’s review, bullet point 7, he is complaining, “We are in the desert and without windows being open it is extremely hot and difficult to sleep”. Paul should have been in a full-hookup site. The RV is equipped with 2 ACs, which they would be able to run if they were plugged in. Why are they looking to open windows to sleep?Additionally, the RV is equipped with 7 windows. Even if they want to open windows to sleep, they could have opened 6 out 7 windows to sleep comfortably.8. There is no screen on the door that Entegra provides. I am not sure why Paul is complaining about missing screen on the door. The door is in its factory condition.9. Awing was damaged in an accident by a previous guest. When they signed the SRA, I marked that there is NO awning. Please see photo of the SRA. They were fine with no Awning at pickup.10. There are 3 glass panels on shower door and there is NO track. They just slide. Due to regular wear and tear, they require more force to close (slide) the shower door. They were NOT dangerous and NOT falling off. The guests (Paul and Judi) expected the shower doors to slide like butter with one finger, which it does not do. It requires a little bit more than normal force to close the shower doors. They are usable and you can shower.11. Outdoor lights are working fine. Of course, if guests drain the RV house battery, none of the lights would work (including outdoor lights).12. On a personal text message, see photo attached, Paul is complaining about water pressure in the RV. He says the pressure is adequate when hooked up or when using generator. Otherwise, the pressure is very poor. This is another sign that they drained the RV battery as they may not be on full hookup. Why are they using the generator if they are on full hookup? The same RV went on another trip from RVshare from Oct 1, 2023 – Oct 6, 2023, that is one day after Paul and Judy returned the vehicle. These guests had a blast in the RV. They did not complain of anything. The fridge worked and they had zero issues with the RV. Please read Rudy's 5-star review here: [URL removed]In summary, Paul and Judi had 5-star-hotel-like expectations from an RV vacation. Of course, when these expectations were not met, they are looking to get a free trip. Paul and Judi drove over 1400 miles on their vacation and used 23 generator hrs. They used my vehicle and depreciated it. They did not call outdoorsy to switch the vehicle and neither they asked me to pick up the vehicle during their vacation. They spent 10 days in my vehicle and completed their vacation. They broke the window screen and ripped the passenger side seat ), which I am not charging them for. We did not charge for dump fees either. (I am unable to attach photos due to platform limitations). These huge machines are very expensive to maintain and it is very sad that someone would like to get a free trip after using it the whole time.
