The RV was everything we expected. We had a great time and a smooth trip. When I had questions for Michael he was quick to text back. Everything functioned as advertised, and the return was easy.

This is my second time renting from Michael and its been another great experience!
The RV has been perfect for our needs - its affordable, tidy, and easy to operate.
Michael is very accommodating, which is probably the best part here. Our use for an RV isn't standard, so hes been really awesome to work with. Makes our trips so much less stressful.

Michael was helpful although was not there for questions for pick up or drop off. The RV did the job but we had some issues.
- Michael texted 2 days before our trip and let us know the RV was wrecked from the previous renter and the slide does not work. By this time, it was too late for another rental so we got by without the slide. It was a tight squeeze.
- The toilet had a slight leak that let water continue to run in the black tank. The tank filled up over night and we had to dump early.
- None of the USB or cigarette lighter ports worked. The 110V AC outlets only worked in the back of the RV with the generator. So we managed to charge our phones in the bedroom all week.
- The white clean water hose provided was only 4-5 feet long. This made it difficult to park the RV close enough to the water. The power cord provided is very short as well. Maybe 20 foot cable. Camp grounds with power further away will be difficult to attach.
- The curtains to cover the windshield do not close. So we hung extra sheets over the windows in the front. When we pulled down the sun visor, mouse droppings fell on the dash. So not sure the rig was thoroughly cleaned before we picked it up.

We weren’t able to use the slide out but knew that going into our weekend with this rental. Michael kept us informed and did everything in his power to get us on the road after the RV had some damage from a previous renter. Will definitely be renting again!

We had a blast in this RV and the pickup and drop off went smoothly. The owner is very flexible and worked with us on pickup and drop off times to accommodate our schedule which was much appreciated. Everything was easy to operate and even though the RV is huge, it was really easy to drive. We will most definitely consider renting again if we ever need to!

This was our first RV trip. Michael was very helpful in getting us off on the road early by letting us take it the night before. He was quick to respond when we had questions while on the road to help us out as newbies. USB ports did not charge which was a little inconvenient for a long road trip but we made do. RV was very clean. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us.
