About Michael's RV rentals

Since I purchased my Airstream Interstate in 2018 I've traveled to more than 20 states staying in national parks, state parks, county campsites, Army Corps of Engineers campsites, and plenty of mom-and-pop places along the way. Even spent some evenings in a Walmart parking lot too! I know my vehicle inside and out, and maintain her meticulously. I've changed career directions so I don't have as much time to take her out like I used to. When I discovered that people all over the world were looking to rent vehicles like mine I explored the concept and ended up at Outdoorsy. My hope is that I can help lots of others create cherished memories from road trips all over the U.S.

I had a great experience with the RV and Michael did an excellent job going over all of the equipment on the RV. I would highly recommend Michael's RV to others!

We had such an awesome time in Michael's Airstream. We used it for a full day trip from St Pete to Gainesville to see the UF Alabama game. On the day of pick up Michael went through all the necessary functions and features that we would be needing on our road trip. He was extremely thorough and up front on the possibilities of what can happen in these vehicles. We were quite impressed with how immaculately clean the van was. You can tell Michael takes pride in his vehicle and loves to share the joy he and others who have rented have had. When it was time to drop off we unfortunately noticed a long scratch on the side of the vehicle that we didn't realize had happened during our trip. I of course was worried sick, but Michael took it in stride and quickly had a reasonable quote to fix it. Besides our little accident, all went well and we would absolutely rent from Michael again.

Mike is awesome!! He immediately answered whenever we had a question! The van was perfect for our family and in top condition!

This automated response doesn't tell the real story. As the day of departure approached, Janna became concerned about access to fuel on her planned trip to Georgia. A major refinery had been shut down do to a hacking incident, and many gasoline stations in the South had no available fuel. We spoke about it on the phone and both agreed it might not be a good time for them to head out. I spoke with Outdoorsy about a mutual cancellation and got the instructions on how to it within the time deadline window and avoid penalties. I confirmed this with Janna and proceeded with the cancellation. She was very happy that she didn't lose any money--everything was refunded. Another Happy Camper.

We recently rented Michael’s RV for a trip from FL to GA. We have three young children and the RV made the trip very enjoyable for everyone. Michael was great to work with and always accessible for anything we needed along the way. We will definitely rent again and can’t wait for our next family adventure!!
