We had a gliche in our initial reservation but Outdoorsy came thru and resolved the issue. The RV we ended up getting was just what we needed, the owner delivered and picked it up at our agreed times. Unit was clean and well supplied, we would highly recommend Randy and plan to rent again in the future

Randy was very communicative and quick to respond. Overall our experience was awesome. Our only hiccup was when we cleaned out the dump tank, we never have done it before and didn’t empty all the way. We were charged $100. In the future it would be beneficial to have written instructions as to how to empty the bilge.

This was perfect for our overflow family for Thanksgiving. Randy delivered the Jayco, set it up and gave directions for using everything. It was perfect for us.

Overall I had a great experience renting from Randy. He’s got a comfortable trailer and one of the better layouts I’ve seen on a trailer (sectional dining area, good size bathroom, and comfy bed). Communication was good, timely, and reliable.

Trailer is easy to pull and clean. Most of our time was spent outdoors and used trailer for sleeping mostly. Communication with Randy was good. Communication only 3 stars because Outdoorsy had some technical issues which caused unnecessary notifications and confusion.

My rental experience with Randy was fantastic. He was friendly, patient with my questions and went out of his way to help me schedule the pick up and return. The camper was beautiful and very well maintained. I will rent from him again in the future.
