Acerca de Shan Riggs

In 2018 I lived in a campervan for 8 months and went to 42 states and loved it. Then in 2020 we added a teardrop (Tony's Palace) and love using that too. Now it's 2021 and we added a class C (Harvey the RV). We had an amazing trip. It was the first time my family and I rented an RV and traveled. It was more than comfortable, with a great ride and enough room for the four of us. We did not use the kitchen, as we built fires every night during camping and cooked Over open fire. Refrigerator and freezer both worked very well, even when parked for three days, keeping everything at temp and as it should be. Shan was very helpful and walking me through everything on the RV. It actually came in very handy as the main battery had drained, and he equipped me with the knowledge to use the back up battery. There were a few small issues with the RV, nothing to complain about though. My suggestion would be to only shower when hooked up to city water at a campsite, as the water in the holding tank has an odor. It’s OK for cleaning dishes, but I wouldn’t want to shower in it.

Had a great weekend with Harvey. Shan is generous with his time and answered text questions all weekend. RV was "off grid" for 3 days and the generator easily ran the A/C and other power units (could have gone longer) and the propane took care of a cold fridge and freezer and also would have lasted well beyond 3 days. Harvey is easy to drive and well stocked. Would recommend!

This was our first RV trip/experience. Shan was wonderful in explaining the ins and outs of Harvey as well as RVing in general. We highly recommend Shan and Harvey. Looking forward to our next adventure.

Harvey the RV did not disappoint and was able to handle everything we threw at him. From Yellowstone and back with many stops along the way - no complaints at all.

Harvey was exactly what we needed for the 4 of us (3 adults and one child), and Shan could not have been more helpful in all aspects. Pickup/Dropoff was a breeze, and the vehicle got surprisingly good gas milage as a bonus. Very easy to drive, and will certainly be back for the next trip! Thanks Shan!
