Very frustrating, I was contacted by James a couple days before trip asking me to cancel our booking because the RV wasn’t available. Didn’t offer any solutions and said he would issue a refund. It’s been about 2 weeks and still no haven’t received my full refund. He does communicate however actions help as well. I wouldn’t book with James with caution and hope this doesn’t happen to you.

Great RV for starters. Took us to Lake Camanche and back to the Bay Area safely. Comfortably fits 8 people to sleep in.

Normal wear and tear but overall good shape. A walkthrough of the RV showing how everything worked, explanation of the jumble of keys and any idiosyncrasies would've been great. The RV was as advertised and provided what we needed for great trip.

Great camping trip! RV slept 6 of us comfortably and managed to cool off well in 100 degree heat. The owner was very thorough with the initial walk through and showed us the ins and outs of the RV, which was very much appreciated. Great experience!
