The RV was great for our family of 5! The host was super easygoing but also very responsive (like when I stupidly locked ourselves out when we set up the first night and he sent a spare key with an Uber driver that got it to us in less than an hour). We did this trip with two other families who rented their own RVs and ours was easily the best stocked, and, we had no mechanical problems or issues (AC, generator, fridge, stove…everything worked well). Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved it and will have memories of a lifetime!

This is our first time going on an RV trip and I think we started on the right foot!! The communication was great, and so was the treatment, always willing to help us and resolve any doubts, we felt a trusting atmosphere at all times. The vehicle meets the cleanliness standards, and the extra equipment greatly helps your trip go smoothly, mechanically in good condition we always felt safe and everything working! Without a doubt, one of the best trips we have ever made!

Our family had an amazing time touring the canyons and national parks around AZ, UT, NV in the Thor ACE. Plenty of room for me, my wife and our five children.

Window was busted out and taped over when I arrived. When scheduling pickup and drop off they didn't inform me of a $100 early pickup fee and dropoff. Seems like even after giving them almost 4k they still want to nickel and dime me for extra fees. Would definitely be careful of this person

We had the RV blocked from being rented because a previous renter broke the side window and it was going in for repairs. We were co reacted by Outdoorsy letting us know that a group of people were going to EDC music festival and were in desperate need of a rental because their previous booking was cancelled on them. We do not rent to music festivals for obvious reasons but felt terrible that this group was stuck. We did our best to prepare window for trip since there would not be much driving and even decorated it with stickers to make It fun since that specific music festival is all about music, costumes, light and color.
All of our fees are listed on our listing and are written and agreed upon in writing with signatures at pickup. This renter signed and acknowledged all fees that would arise if they returned late, didn’t dump, over used generator ect.
The renter also guaranteed us that due to not having hook ups and having so many people stay in RV they would not be using the bathroom and would have no need to dump. However, when returned and we checked the gauge it showed 3/4 full. 55 hours of generator time was used and driver wanted to pick up 8 hours earlier than the pick up time and return 2 hours late.

Cassidy was always available and helped us with everything we needed. They were super friendly and the RV was just as the pictures. It was out first RV trip and we loved it!!

Great communication which was helpful when you're planning a trip where the main component is the RV. We had four adults and two kids on our trip and there was plenty of room to maneuver when parked at a campsite. They were flexible and allowed us early pickup so we were able to get on the road soon after our flight landed. My wife is way more of a hotel traveler than a camper but she said she would go again so that should tell you something :) 😀

We chose Nir & Cassidy Arbeli’s motor home based on the size, model and reviews. We were glad we made the choice to rent their coach.
We started off dry camping for the first two days outside of Barstow, CA with friends from our church. There was a total of five rigs in a nice quite area just off the highway. Weather was hot and dry, fellowship was awesome, and coach worked out OK, even though we had some issues with the batteries and propane, which can happen with any RV.

Cassidy was awesome to work with. Both Cassidy and Nir were responsive before, during, and after our trip. We had a couple issues with the water heater and things like that, but something will always happen like that. The key here is that they were both responsive and helpful with anything that was asked. The RV itself was great. It was clean and comfortable.

We spoke to Adam and his wife today and expressed that there was damage from a previous trip that needed attention. They decided that it was better for them and worked out great to just cancel. We are happy that it was in the best interested to ensure our guests have the perfect experience.

Great experience from the moment we started the booking. The RV is immaculate, well cared for and all we needed for a family of six. I had a few questions during the trip and they were answered instantly. Thanks for making our first family RV experience wonderful

Our trip was amazing and the RV was the BEST. Great hosts, always available. Very easy trip. Flew in from Ohio and circled the Grand Canyon. We would rent from them again in a heartbeat. Cassidy was super easy to work with. Don’t waste you’re time looking anywhere else!
