I have rented from them for the last several years always been very happy until this year had a toilet that was plugged when it arrived so couldn't use bathroom. The battery would not hold a charge so food was spoiled we had no lights as soon as the generator shut off.

The RV was perfect for our trip. We felt that we had solid communication and the overall process was very easy. Kevin was great to work with and very helpful.
RV was stocked as advertised with the essentials. All equipment needed to operate was readily available and easy to use.

Kevin was great at communication and was very friendly. We had an overall great experience using First Class RVs. They were kind enough to include all the basic needs in the RV trailer to lessen the work on our end. Would not think twice about using them on our next trip!

Everything was great except the mattresses were very thin, which made them very uncomfortable for both adults and kids. Kevin was great though! Brought us a new generator, and a gas can!

Really good experience, would definitely do it again! Toilet and fresh water hose leaked so had to leave pump and water off unless needed, but overall a great experience. Kevin was very responsive to all communication which we really appreciated.

Camper was delivered as promised and was clean. We loved the delivery service and First Class gave me a tutorial on how to use everything in the camper. This is the first year using First class but we are definitely using them on all on future trips.

It was my first time renting and I'll sure do it again. Kevin was so helpful, he delivered the trailer very clean and with all the kitchen supplies and bedding supplies. We had an amazing time.
