The RV was very nice and as advertised, but there were mechanical problems while we were on our 3 night trip.
The shower barely drained and the level of the grey water tank did not affect the shower drain problem. The refrigerator stopped working 12 hours into the trip and most of the expensive groceries we bought spoiled. The generator cannot handle both AC units running simultaneously; not a big deal, just be advised. The included water hose threads were very worn, therefore the hose would come off.
They are very kind people and a pleasure to deal with, however there was nothing done to remedy the mechanical issues we had.

Hi Bryan, we understand that RVing is not for everyone. First timers doing boondocking can be tricky and takes quite a finesse. We were again, so glad we could accommodate your last minute rental in our most popular RV. God bless you.

Nothing was right about that vehicle
Windshield wipers was worn the wheel alignment was off a lot of play in the steering wheel had to hold on for dear life,license plate was February 2025 if I wasn’t an experienced driver from the military, I would’ve had major accident. I am not happy at all.

Deborah and everyone at Born To Roam are fantastic to rent from! Delivery and setup was on time and professional. Pickup is effortless for the renter. Overall a wonderful rental experience!

The RV is a striped-down basic version.. For example, no towel bar for the bathroom. Where do you expect the customer to hang the towel?
Living conditions are limited in this RV. The bathroom door is so narrow, even a small person has to enter sideways.
The main reason for the one-star rating is that the RV had bugs – appeared to be fleas. They started coming in the shower drain on the second day and the numbers increased daily. Estimate that I killed 20-25 the last few days.
Will not rent from your company again.
