First time renting an RV and it was easy and great. RV was new and clean. Outfitted with more kitchen "stuff" than I expected, which was nice and can help limit some grocery purchases. Mike and Lisa showed us everything we needed to know and were easy to get a hold of the one or two times we had questions.

Everything was as expected. Michael and Lisa were great hosts. They responded promptly to all of our questions, before, during, and after our rental. "Eileen" was great, handling the ups and downs (and some high winds) of Utah's Mighty 5, with ease. It was nice that towels, sheets, kitchenwares, and a few basics (like salt and pepper, trash bags, etc), were provided. The whole rental process was simple and straight forward from start to finish.

Lisa and Mike are kind and friendly people. We had two major issues with the RV. Within the first few hours of getting the RV we used the toilet and found that the toilet leaked from the bottom where it met the floor. Thankfully we were still nearby from the location of the RV pick up. Mike came and fixed the problem (thank you!). We also mentioned that the refrigerator was not cooling well. Mike and Lisa mentioned that frost accumulation sometimes causes the fridge to stop working properly. When Mike came to fix the toilet he was also kind enough to buy us a cooler to supplement the fridge. Other than that, the RV was clean, functioned properly and provided a great home on wheels. The master suite bed was surprisingly VERY comfortable. The only reason I give this review 4 starts instead of 5, is because the fridge acted up the entire 11 night trip and caused us to buy ice everyday and we lost some food as well. I do give Mike and Lisa lots of credit as they tried to do the best they could. I would definitely rent an RV from them again.

RV is brand new and perfect, owners are lovely. May not be a good sleeping arrangement for many tall people- The queen bed is short on the side with the wall- my feet could touch the wall at 5'6 so if you are tall that could be an issue. The table that
converts to a bed was barely long enough for our 5'9 son. All the beds were very comfortable though! We couldn't get the generator to work so that is why I took one star off for mechanical. Otherwise everything great, lots of things were supplied with the RV even a s'mores kit (:
