Chris is the best hands down. The RV was perfect and clean and worry free. Super friendly host, and was very helpful with all questions that I had. He needs the outdoorsy host award of the year!

Chris was wonderful to work with. He was quick in responding up to our trip and made himself available during our trip when we had any questions regarding using equipment on board or in general. He completed a thorough walk through showing us the RV, where items were located and how to use them.
The RV was clean and well maintained and drove great.
We will definitely will be renting from him again.

radio didn’t work! Crusty underpants in the cloths washer. The rv seemed overall dirty and it said it had been pre cleaned. The fridge had to be gone threw and cleaned there was grass all in and nasty water in the freezer it was sticky. He was 1hr 30min late for drop off time. Not to mention I had to add coolant to the vehicle. The levelers did not work. The RV was like a boat sleeping in it at night without those.

I am sorry to see this review; this was a last-minute booking- Outdoorsy reached out to me because your previous owner cancelled last minute. I had no idea you felt this way about the rental. Upon delivery, you were not there, but Robert signed off on everything and noted it was in great condition and clean. It sounds like you had trouble using the radio, if you had communicated that to me I could have provided steps to turn it on. I do this during the walk though and showed Robert how to use it. The washer is not connected for use during rentals and is empty. If there was anything in there, I am sorry. This is not an appliance available for renters use. Again, I want to reiterate that the RV was clean before delivery. I wish you would have been present at the time of hand-off for the walk through as all of the mentioned issues in your review are discussed and there is a proper departure form to notate issues such as these. You trusted Robert to complete this step and he signed off for everything being in great condition. If it hadn't been, I could have resolved any issues at delivery. This RV does not have levelers, it is on a chasis with a self-leveling mechnism, parked on a true campsite it will be level. If you are boondocking try to find flat ground.
