Roman was a wonderful host! He was available when we needed him to answer questions and help. We did have an issue camping while not hooked up to water, as we did run out of water, but Roman came and delivered water to us...That was the only issue about the rental that was not perfect!

Enjoyed our stay in Roman's RV. Roman was super responsive. The RV had everything we need, from camping chairs to a coffee maker. Pots and pans to cook. Supplies to clean. Would recommend it for sure.

Loved this RV the whole trip. My fiance and I really liked how with the side pushed out it felt huge inside, and it is still small enough that we could pull right up where we wanted; having a private shower and AC available whenever the sun became too much was a dream.

Roman was extremely nice and responsive. Answered questions almost immediately. The RV was surprisingly easy to drive and quite smooth for a large vehicle. Everything worked and our family of 4 was very comfortable. As first time RV’ers, a guide or manual to refer back to while on the road would have been helpful. But as I just mentioned, Roman was always available to answer our questions.

We had a great trip and a great first experience renting an RV. Roman was very helpful and prompt on all of our needs. He made pickup and drop-off convenient and easy. The RV worked very well for our family of four. Comfortable beds, lots of storage and all the amenities that we needed. Thanks Roman for everything, I would highly recommend.

This was our first experience renting through Outdoorsy and Roman spoiled us.1) Throughout the rental process, he was extremely and immediately responsive to my (many) questions.
2) At the last minute, I requested to add a day on the front end of our trip and it was absolutely no problem. He made it very easy for us.
3) I paid a small fee to have him drop off and pick up the vehicle at my house. He arrived on-time, gave us a thorough walk-through of vehicle usage, as well as offered a quick test drive. So patient with us the whole time.
4) The vehicle itself was LOVELY. Perfect for my husband and two kids. Fully stocked with all relevant cooking and bathroom supplies. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. (An aside related this- we had friends traveling with us who rented from Cruise America. Their RV was FILTHY when they took the reins. Our friends spent an hour cleaning it before being able to load up. This was not at all our experience.)
5) Upon embarking on our trip, we encountered an air-conditioning snafu. I messaged Roman and he immediately went to work researching the problem and offered solutions as we were driving. (It turns out that the a/c fuse was loose... a quick pop-out and re-insert of the fuse solved the problem in under 30 seconds. No issues after that.)
6) During the course of our 9-day tour of CA, (including Sequoia, Yosemite, Monterey, San Simeon, and Paso Robles), the vehicle was 100% reliable. My husband did all the driving but he was pleasantly surprised to find how much easier it was to drive than he had expected.
7) Roman was flexible will our arrival time. (His pick-up time at my house). I messaged him when we were a couple of hours from home and proved him our ETA and included the request to give us 30-45 minutes to unload. He arrived to pick up the vehicle giving us ample time to get things done.
