I accidentally booked the wrong campground with Robert and tried to cancel immediately. As per Outdoorsy policy, trips canceled within 14 days of a trip forfeit 100% of funds. Robert offered to give me 50% back or change my trip dates. Regardless of whether I agree with his decision or the policy I rescheduled the trip. Upon arrival the camper looked like it hadn’t seen a hose in some time. The inside looked as the last guests partially cleaned it and forgot some items to include a dirty sock on the seat. Other than that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all by the host. Host was an hour late and has been combative the whole time about scheduling/canceling. Not a great experience would only recommend if you don’t mind motel 6 type of treatment.

Robert was great to communicate with and overall the experience was great. Only issue that came up was the water hose was missing but I went and bought one and Robert reimbursed me, so not a huge deal.

Robert was great to rent from. Any questions we had he responded immediately. The trailer was great and just what we needed for a week at Gatorback Motocross Park! We highly recommend him!

Having a host cancel your RV reservation with a 3 day notice is extremely stressful. Yes, that happened.
Within 4 hours of the cancellation Outdoorsy had replacement RV’s in line for my consideration
