Great group of people and RV's. When my camper ended up in shop longer than expected I needed to rent something last minute. Had a nice selection of models. I rented a Class A (2022 ACE 27'). Reservation was easy and the woman in the office was very helpful with my questions. The walk-through / check-out was easy and the rental unit was nice and clean and easy to drive and use. Had one tech question during trip which was promptly addressed with a phone call (user error issue). Will rent again!

The hotel prices for PSU graduation were astronomical. Instead we rented a sprinter van and it was perfect! Due to traffic, we were running late to the ceremony, but it was not a problem. We pulled into the parking lot, ran to the back to change our clothes and freshen up, and got there in time to see the whole thing. The van was comfortable with ample storage. She moved out of her house after the weekend and we were able to throw all her bags and boxes in the van to get it all home. Win-Win!

Navion was easy to drive and very comfortable. Lots of tech that was pretty easy to understand and operate. Carefree staff were all very cordial and helpful. Called tech line once and got a prompt response. Well run business!

We rented a larger RV this year (Year 20 and at least 3rd or 4th with Carefree) and it was fantastic! We had a minor issue with lowering the above-cabin loft bed, but Tech support was great and helped us pinpoint the fuse issue and we were able to swap out the bad one. It was resolved very quickly! We all had a blast -- thanks again, as always!

Renting from Carefree was a very easy experience. Staff is all great. Very helpful. They walked us through everything as first time RV renters. We had a great experience and would have no issue using Carefree RV again

This was our first time not only renting, but using an RV. The process was very easy, and everyone we met was friendly and happy to answer questions. Fantastic experience, we’ll do it again!
