We have a great holiday with this rv.

We had a wonderful trip to Idaho for 4 days. The RV ran great on the road throughout the trip. Rhonda did tell me on the departure date that she had a "squirrel cage" on order for the a/c unit. I really didn't know what that meant until I realized the a/c unit was not working at full capacity. Because of this, I told my family that running the generator for the a/c was not worth it. I am not sure it would have ever gotten the entire RV cool. Luckily, we were up in Idaho and not going south for our trip.
Other than that, the RV was as expected in the listing and with what Rhonda explained to me. I knew I was renting a 2007 RV and there would be a few small broken items. Not a big deal.
Rhonda was wonderful during the checkout and check-in process. The only issue I had was getting my deposit refunded in a timely manner. I think Rhonda forgot to get that part cleared with Outdoorsy. So my suggestion is to communicate that with Rhonda at the end of your trip.
You really could not ask for a better person to deal with.

Ronda was such a sweet person who made our family feel welcome. She picked us up from the airport and took us back. Overall we had a great experience. The RV was well maintained and met all of the needs for our trip to the mighty 5 and Lake Powell. We hope to rent from Ronda again in the future!

Scott and I cannot imagine how smoothly this vacation went. Although we are very experienced travelers, having been many places around the world, we were somewhat anxious about having so much of the execution of this journey out of our control. Enter Rhonda! Her Sunseeker was a joy to drive, in very good condition, and a well appointed "home away from home". From the moment we met her, nearly an hour away from her home, where she traveled to pick us up near the Salt Lake City airport, we knew we had found a new friend. Her knowledge of her RV as well as suggestions on what we might want to see during the week that we were going to have it, was incredible. At end of the vacation we had a nice ride back to the airport in perfect time catch our flight back home. Thank-you Rhonda. We had a wonderful experience, start to finish, and in addition to telling everyone about it, we hope to see you again real soon. Regards, Patty

Good experience. Ronda was very friendly and helpful. The pic of the rv online does not show how roomy it is. It was very clean and the outdoor grill and shower came in handy at the beach! Tons of storage...I was able to hide my kids Easter baskets during our spring break trip. Thank you Ronda!

We had a great experience with Earl and Ronda. They were super nice and accommodating with our schedule picking us up at the airport and waiting until very late at night after our flights got delayed. The RV is in very good shape with everything working without issues. We drove all around southern Utah visiting several National Parks. AC and heating works well, beds are nice and the kitchen and oven also works without problems. They even had an outside grill included that was great for BBQs. Totally recommended.

as a family of four from Germany we have really enjoyed renting your 2007 Jayco Greyhawk this summer and were blown away by your hospitality and support. Not only did we have unforgettable times traveling many of the wonderful parks from Yellowstone all the way down to the Grand Canyon, but with your support we could manage through the logistics of coming and going to the airport as we traveled from Germany. But most importantly, we got to know your wonderful family & friends as well as the terrific "Rouladen" that Ronda prepared!
We carry you in our heart and can't thank you enough for this opportunity.

THESE WERE THE MOST WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW HELPFUL THEY WERE==FROM LETTING US USE THERE CAR TO PROVISION FOR THE TRIP TO DRIVING US TO THE AIRPORT AT THE END
THE UNIT WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE AND PREFORMED AS WELL
I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYONE WANTING TO TRAVEL THE NATIONAL PARKS TO CONTACT THE DOWLINGS

Earl and Ronda deserve more than 5 stars! We were extremely blessed when we found them!! Absolutely terrific people who went way above and beyond to make our vacation the most enjoyable and wonderful vacation we have had in years. We hope to keep in touch with them and have made two lovely friends, also we hope to visit with them soon! Anyone who meets them will be blessed as much as we have been. At this moment we take our hats off and salute them just for being the people that they are. It has been said that everything happens for a reason and the reason we went on vacation was to meet Earl and Ronda. Anyone who has the chance to rent an RV from them will not be disappointed. From our hearts we want to thank Earl and Ronda for everything!!!!!!!!

Simply stated, it could not have gone any better. Earlen and Rhonda are AMAZING people and they truly care that you're going to have a good time. Unlike any major rental place, this RV is going to be STOCKED with everything you need, and then some. Linens, blankets, kitchen, grill, table, GPS, chairs, games, TV, holding tank chemicals, toilet paper...I could go on and on. My wife, son (2 1/2 years old), and I made their RV our home in Southern Utah for three weeks and it was gut-wrenching to leave! We stayed in paid campgrounds, BLM land, state parks, etc., even boondocked (dry camped) for 3, 4, and 2 nights. Generator was great and the propane heater kept us warm on those cold October nights.
