I wish the RV was maintained better to begin with. We had to replace a propane hose and a sewer hose, secure the TV to the wall, unclog the kitchen faucet, and remove a defective CO2 detector, while on the road.
Naomi and her son seem like nice people and seem caring in communication, but only paid me for the cost of the parts and almost nothing for the labor. I guess they don’t see hassle of maintaining someone else’s property on your vacation the same way.
My advice is that you ask them to connect a water hose, turn on the power and propane, then go through all of the functions of the trailer. That way there will be no surprises. In addition, bring some tools because you may need them.
Despite that, I would say the camper is cute, and we still had a epic trip.

Great communication and help hitching and unhitching. Very cozy and fun camper ! Perfect for our family of 4 and small dog. Great value, easy hookups including a very efficient propane generator, and large fresh water tank. Definitely recommended!

Camper was clean and well equipped including a coffee maker! Easy to tow, easy to set up. Much more room than I expected. I got 5/5 good nights’ sleep. Naomi worked well with me concerning pick up and drop off procedures as my friend took care of that part for me. Quick communication every time.
