Hi! We're Anita and Jim. We both still work full time, but are inching closer to retirement. We enjoy traveling as a couple, sometimes bringing the grandkids and other times visiting family in other states. I've been in the printing industry for 40 years. Twenty of which have been as owner of my own shop. Also spent 14 years as Exec. Director of an non-profit that hosted air shows as an annual fundraiser here in the Denver area. It's as close as I get anymore to using my own Private Pilot's license. My wife, Anita, is the love of my life even though it took 50 something years to meet her. She works full time for DHS and spends much of the rest of her time trying to round up the extended family for never ending adventures. Thanks for visiting our profile. Hope to meet you! Jim

Outstanding rig in so many ways. Jim was awesome. Our family of six enjoyed using his travel trailer to see 10 national parks over 2 weeks. Jim was very flexible and his communication was great. Highly recommend. We towed his rig with a 2023 Ford Expedition (with a tow package); and we had no issues going over the pases.

Jim is very thorough and conscientious. Everything was well prepared and in great shape. He took the time to go over everything carefully so that I knew how everything worked, and even has typed up a manual explaining things with context beyond what appears in the owner's manual.

Unfortunately, the slide-out on the trailer failed right before the rental. It took a week to get it scheduled for a repair. According to the RV Technician, the failure was due to the trailer not being properly leveled when it was previously operated. It had just come back from the previous renter (also on Outdoorsy) and there was nothing we could due but cancel. It was very unfortunate that one OD customer had to suffer because actions of another.

This was our first experience with an RV and Jim was extremely helpful leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. His initial tour and explanations were clear and helpful, and he was easily accessible and quick to respond anytime we had a question come up. The RV itself was as advertised. Brand new, clean, and fully stocked with all the necessities.

What a trip! We have three kids under three (twin 2.5 year olds and a one month old) and this RV was perfect! The queen bedroom really came in clutch to make sure the toddlers were safe and secure during nap time and bed time. The RV was definitely large enough in the interior to ensure there was room for a pack and play and to move around the kitchen area freely. We used this camper to boondock during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The generator a/c combo kept us plenty cool and the solar panels kept all the batteries charged so we could constantly run ventilation fans and lights without worrying.

Jim and his RV was everything we could ask for, and more!! We had 2 adults and 4 kids camp comfortably for 5 days off grid. Jim loaded up the camper with all of the essentials. We only had to provide food and clothing. I couldn’t ask for a better owner or RV to rent!!

We had a wonderful weekend with Jim’s Grabd Design trailer. It was a good size for the family. Mom and dad a 7 month old and 2.5 year old. The solar power system powered the USB chargers, lights and awning and we were able to use the heat and the stove/oven. To make coffee in the morning, use the microwave, TV or A/C, just press the remote control button and walla! The generator turns right on! The trailer towed great behind our 2021 Expedition with the heavy duty tow package. The trailer was in excellent condition and we had a great stay near Rampart Reservoir. Thank you Jim for the thorough walk through, thoughtful additions to make our camping more comfortable and the excellent communication leading up to and through our trip. We really appreciated Jim’s flexibility with returning and also the reliability of his drop off and pick up.
