Overall a great experience. All van components worked as expected. The brake pedal depressed more than I am used to, but the van stopped just fine once I got used to it. At pick-up the windows were amazingly spotless. The van was clean both inside and out. One thing that could be improved is Outdoorsy listed the pick-up location as Brian’s residence, which is incorrect. It should changed to Brian’s business location.

The van was great! We have never used one before and it was everything we were looking for. The host was very nice and easy to work with.

This is a great van and Brian is a terrific owner. Over a ten day trip that took us through Targhee National Forest, Yellowstone and finally western Montana, we used all of the amenities included, even the outdoor shower. The van is clean, capable and easy to use. The bed is very comfortable (I’m 6’5” and slept well every night). Most importantly, Brian was available whenever we needed him if we didn’t understand how something functioned on the van. I will gladly rent from Brian again.
