We had 4 adults and the bunks were small for adults but would be great for a family with small kids. Kitchen is stocked for basic usage but if you do more involved cooking you’ll want to bring your own kitchen supplies. We stayed at a place with hook ups and a bathroom so we didn’t use the shower. There is no bathroom vanity, just a small sink inside the shower. The trailer is new, clean, and the control panels are intuitive. The main bed was comfortable. Overall it’s a good trailer!

RV was clean, modern and comfortable. Host was friendly. Delivery and pickup was prompt. Communications with host were good. I would rent this unit again.

Drop off and pick up on time and efficient. Trailer is comfy and clean. Mostly everything you need. Excellent communication with owners. Thanks for a great trip!

Jack was great and responsive! The drop off and pickup was also perfect and maximized our time at the campsite! Trailer was basically new and the layout was perfect for our needs! Overall, a great experience renting with Jack!

It was our first RV experience and we were very happy. We had some learning experience fun... how to get the microwave to work!!! Lol felt like such a dingdong messaging Jack to figure this out, but Jack responded quickly and friendly and helped out the whole way. And we can now report back that Jack’s RV can climb a 13% grade up a 4000 ft vertical climb.. but I wouldn’t recommend it! Very scary. So we learned to find routes that were in the 6% grade! All in all it was a really great experience. Five stars all the way.

This motorhome layout was okay, however the luxury of having a working bathroom was not an option because the toilet pump did not work. We have owned RVs and know how things should work.
We returned it in much better condition than we received it. We repaired some things that needed fixing, and even returned it a day early so clean and ready for the next person. Was disappointed that the owner said that the company determines the credits for our early return due to the inconvenience of the bathroom toilet. But really it was back on him and we didn’t even get half a days of credit back. Thanked us for taking care of the coach but in the end he really didn’t.
